hopefully the server updates will help in that regard:
in the past few weeks, in almost every match there's at least one mate who plays like it's his first game ever. on platinum/diamond, this shit is unacceptable.
i can't feel like this for a game, every time i play i know i'm gonna go furious yet i keep coming back because i'm hooked to the game. I'm seriously considering to uninstall it altogether, i'm giving it a last chance this week

Im pretty sure it's me. I can't hit the ball in the air but always platinum for some reason.
Lol there's some small joy having a teammate curse you out because you're having a bad game and you don't really care because you play for fun. I do enjoy the rage.
Especially in casual, I mean I get pissed when I have bad teammates or they miss easy shots, but I keep that anger off the chat. Just yesterday I had a guy who was bitching after every single miss/goal (mind you he was a ball chaser who played zero defense) and he rage quit before the game even ended.
How did everyone do with fan rewards over the weekend? Managed to get Ballistic, EQ (Striker certified), and two Winning Streaks. Been stockpiling items for a while now hoping there would be something I want to trade for, but even that new crate has nothing for me.
Think I got about 4 drops this weekend, two of which I still need to boot the game up and find out what they are!

I started to play not long ago and I have some questions:
1- If I bought the 89 Batmobile, the people in other platforms will see it? I know the mario car and stuff won't appear for legal reasons.
2- If I use a normal car with the mario hat on top, the players on other platform will see the car the same way I made it except for the hat?
3- Is there a way to differentiate between Xbox and PC players by the "PSY NET"?
4- A Steam PC player gets paired with PS4 Players? What about the Xbox-switch players? The PC player have to choose between one or the other?

1. Yes all licensed stuff aside from console exclusives can be seen by every platform.
2. Yes. Will probably just replace the hat with something standard.
3. No. Everyone not of your platform shows Psynet. name are probabaly a giveaway since pretty much anything goes on Steam and consoles have a more strict naming policy.
4. PC, Xbox and Switch can all play together in the same matchmaking pool. PC and PS4 can play with each other as well. You can only choose to crossplay on/off but you can't choose specifically what platforms you get matched with.
Haven't played this much at all recently. Decided to do my placement matches and landed in diamond 2. I'm pretty happy with that!
I'm having some big problems with the game though now too. My ping used to hover around 8-12 on a good server and 24 on a bad one. Now it's never stable and wavers around 50-100 with frequent connection issues popping up.

Anyone else having boost activate without hitting the button? I hope it's not my controller as I literally just bought it recently.
I had a really odd match last night. Playing ranked some dude accused me of ball chasing and since I've not been playing much I figure I'll be extra observant on my rotations. I made sure I was only applying pressure when I'm the closest to the ball and am the one covering the pitch where they're trying pressure.
Literally every time I got a second touch on the ball this guy was accusing me of ball chasing even when that second touch was a pass out of a bounce dribble. I got so damn confused I went to goal and instantly noticed both guys on my team were rolling back for mid boost and agressing again never once moving to the third position.
Has rotation changed or something? There was no complaints in any other matches but this confused the crap out of me

Been awhile since I posted a new car. Wanted to try out mantis for a bit and got a white one now that they are pretty cheap. This one is using black Dieci wheels, Painted White Widow's Web decal and White Ion boost.
I can rotate with a plat fine. It's just most gcs don't know rotations, let alone plats, sooo...yeahh, you can still play around it.
It's just the de facto shit-talk veiled as trying to be constructive.

I've been banned for 5 minutes two days in a row now for being DC'd from matches where when I try to rejoin it doesn't rejoin. How the hell is that my fault that I should receive a 5 min ban? Never had this happen and I've been playing this game since day one.
Competitive gets so frustrating. I'm not an amazing player but the amount of people who miss every single easy shot that is rolling slowly towards them is unbelievable.
Solo queue is worse than smoking, probably lost years off my life getting frustrated at players just chasing the ball not playing positions.
Worst is when you have a perfect shot, but there's a teammate that wants to touch the ball at any cost, even on D, making crosses for the other team. :|

Decided to grab another new car. Went with the TW Samurai since I'm destined to never get the TW Octane and that price is too high for me.
Like it but it feels a little odd too. Feels like any other paddle car but I'm getting a lot of misread hits where I'm pushing the ball much higher then expected. Otherwise I think I like this one a lot. Getting nice flicks from it and it feels like a bigger breakout to me.
