It's from the Amazing World of Gumball. This is Gumball (a blue cat) wearing the body of his adopted brother Darwin (orange fish). It's by far my favorite cartoon (although I hate the shitty stupid first season).
Thanks dude! It's Jodariel from Pyre. If you haven't played this game, you can think of it as a gameplay mix of NBA Jam and Persona 5 with an incredibly unique story and atmosphere. It's one of my favorites.
