Imagining Bob Iger making a call to ABC like a governor making a call to the prison warden for a stay of execution.

Right before Chloe (politely) asked me not to make physical contact with her anymore.

Every time this gets bumped I fear the worst. And now I'm part of the problem.

Has any show been cancelled this year before the finale airs? We might have to wait another week.

I say if we don't hear anything today that's good news.no news is good news. I doubt they'll announce anything on Sunday. If they save it for the upfronts must mean it's been renewed.

Yeah, they probably know that he's been going around to planets and slaughtering half their populations, so they figure he's going to do the same to Earth. Maybe they think he's going to kill a lot of the useful superpowered people there (inhumans) so they're trying to collect some before that happens because they use them for fun and profit, as we've seen. It doesn't seem like anyone's had an inkling of what his end game is except
Gamora and, at the very end, the Avengers.
Yeah.

Article spoiler from above
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 5×21 is a funny beast on the romance front. The storm-tossed Mack and Elena share a truly beautiful and emotionally crystalizing moment,

RIP (for S6 anyway) Mack
Here we go.

No director / cast commentary. Pity. This show seems kinda perfect for that.

Just lock Ian and Elizabeth in a room for a weekend! ....is that too much to ask!!
So true.

Please do not take my agents away from me
This.

If you mean the word "season" instead of "series" it means nothing. Look at what was posted by the Designated Survivor account earlier today.

This is valid but I think there's a difference between that (marketing) and an actual writer on the show teasing fans for worrying about the show and calling it a "season finale."

But we'll see.

Given the promo pics for E22 that are out, Infinity War likely won't directly tie in until the finale. So tonight's episode should be safe for non-movie-people.

I feel like the callbacks to Season 3 have been almost non-existent for it being the only other time they've spend a good amount of time in space.

I was hoping this season would pay-off that season, which in retrospect has felt like one of the weakest seasons of the show for me, by just making some of the elements matter a bit more than they did.

The Secret Warriors, Hive and Hydra's history worshiping the space Inhuman, even Coulson and Daisy's link to the Kree (Daisy especially by way of the Inhumans) were all somethings I assumed were set up to have more pay off later down the road and yet here we have gotten a great opportunity to do it and we've not really got much.

Maybe they'll come across Lincoln's crispy body up in space while they're there...who knows.

There's been Hive/May's Ex/Lincoln callbacks and the general history with SPACE HYDRA but otherwise I think they know it's the overall weakest season and are concentrating on the other 3.
