Nah...final season felt like it happen in an alternate continuity. The Observer suddenly turned evil was such an odd route to take the story.
If they were smart it would go something like this:
Cold open on hospital room. Doctor is talking with a visibly agitated Murtaugh. A heavily bandaged body lies motionless on a hospital bed.
Doctor: As you know, the explosion did extensive damage to your partner. Between the initial blast, the super heated air, and concussion, well, frankly he's lucky to be alive.
Murtaugh: Just cut to it, doc. What are you trying to say?
Doctor: What I'm saying is that there's a good chance he won't look, sound, or even act like the partner you know but I want to stress that this is Martin Riggs.
Murtaugh: Okay, let's do this.
Doctor removes the bandages to reveal Seann William Scott.
Riggs: Hey, partner, how do I look?
Murtaugh: I'm getting too old for this shit.
LETHAL WEAPON

I would watch this show JUST for this scene and I'm not even kidding.
Appears that Riggs is being written off the show and SWS will be playing a new character.
Did we ever hear why Ghosted was pulled? It was dumb fun but I'm really not expecting it to come back after being gone this long.

I know but that's dumb. I'm saying they should embrace the ridiculousness of the situation by creating an equally ridiculous scenario and then pretend it never happened seconds later.
I was going to say the same thing. The show was cancelled once before and was saved in a bizarre turn of events, and then they come back with even worse ratings and have the gall to end the season on a cliffhanger? Way to shit all over your fans.
Thats probably where Gotham goes but they'd work well together imo otherwise.
I do find it funny that it really is a death slot but Hawaii Five-0 does really well on Friday night and Shark Tank did far better on Friday than it does on Sunday.
Heck Five-0 was in danger till it hit the death slot and has coasted 6 more seasons.
Guess they just hit a spot.
My bad, I haven't googled his career, I thought he was doing better. And this is going to be his first fulltime tv show gig.
Season 4 was pretty good. Swapping Marissa for Taylor was one of the best decisions that show ever made.
The show was basically more comedy at that point...which honestly wasn't the worst since Marisa was a star ....that implodes on itself pretty quick
....even early on, that arc with this dipshit was amazingly bad xD
Oh and Johnny who slipped and fell.
God the show plays better without her. :S

Holy shit I had no clue the Texas dude on SEAL Team is one of the Ghostfacers from Supernatural.
This has definitely made me interested in the show. Will check it out today.

What kind of ratings do they think they'll get with Last Man Standing on Friday? They could have thrown anything in there.
I'm down for more Prison Break, I thought the latest season was an 'improvement' (in that even at it's best it's still just pulpy trash), but I'm really not sure where they'd put it. With Dominic Purcell's commitments unless they shoot ASAP it'll get pushed to the 2019-2020 season.

This is the wisest choice for X-Files. And they shouldn't do anything with it again, unless Anderson changes her mind (which I don't think she will).
Now that Sutherland is free from Designated Survivor, I hope that means with them talking about 24 that they are in talks with him again. Don't bring it back again without him. That wasn't a way to leave off Jack Bauer.
