Its the first Guilty Gear, not Guilty Gear X so it was a PlayStation 1 exclusive.

The original Guilty Gear was a PSone game only. It didn't go to arcade and Dreamcast until Guilty Gear X.

Was it announced? I hope that's true. I know BBTAG is the main focus right now and that is why I feel like they are going to skip it.
It ended up being PS1 only but there was also a planned Saturn port that ended up being canceled.
