Looks like someone drinking something and I enjoy drinking alcohol so I rate it 10 bottles of rum out of 12 bottles is sriracha.
I don't care for anime, but it stands out and has some good colour to it.

good concept for an avatar, but the image looks like it's a bit too shrunken (or it's not downscaled right) and it hurts the smaller details in the image, like the dithering effects in the woman's hair. the image is also a bit too busy with the background at that scale, and so the "thwip" doesn't draw as much attention as it should. 5/10.
i say cut out the background. and then try to experiment with different scalers to find a better way to scale down the image, or maybe take a hands on approach and fix whatever artifacts occur manually when it's shrunken to that extent.
