Nice to see 'contraption' in there, something that was only ever a contest in LBP.
This is seriously the best part about it.
Looks amazing, but a little daunting and overly complex from a creation standpoint. I think if I get the game, I would mainly be playing other people's creations.
Because of that, the fact that the campaign is only 3 hours is a bit of a bummer.
Yes yes yes!!!
That's literally one of the advertised feature. So this is basically a game development program? O: I had no idea that it was this comprehensive and in-depth.
I guess you can also make whole animated films with this.
One of the previews already said that MM have said its still releasing this year, so fear not!Also.. beta this year? Meaning release in 2018 is unlikely? :(

It's wild that Sony has let this thing go on for as long as they did. Impressive even. How can a game this niche possibly recoup the costs?
People said this about little big planet a decade ago.Also.. beta this year? Meaning release in 2018 is unlikely? :(

The LBP betas only lasted a month or two, I imagine the Beta will be sometime this Summer, and release shortly after. Still on track to release this year I'd bet.
It is the best part of any game from media molecule. Modnation was great too (in this specific part since gameplay had balance problems).Dreams is a really interesting looking game, though i always worry about games that rely on user created content.
Well, I'm assuming they got the "3 hours" from Mm

Yea I agree
Coming to you to gif my creations
Sounds great! At it's heart yes, but if you're someone who wants to play it as a normal video game then the content will be endless.
AGENT confirmed?
This is the game that made me preorder VR... then cancel my preorder when I realized the game was a long ways away :PLittle Big Planet on crack. Could justify the purchase of PSVR alone.
"Experience Points are also awarded for playing Dreams or even creating anything. As you rank up you earn titles which you can attached to your profile. Different titles will be awarded for different tasks that are completed. If for example you are good at creating music you will earn titles specifically created to honor music creators.
There isn't a level cap either and Medial Molecule will continue to update Dreams with more titles the further and further you rank up. Another cool aspect is a website that players will be able to go to and look at all their stats and levels they have played, enjoyed, shared, even tell you how people like you're creations."
