She got hit by Shoji, but to be fair she was focused on something else.
You mean someone else.

My theory is that Toga has no quirk (or if she does it's mostly unrelated to the blood she's collecting) and that she's gathering different blood samples for Stain.

So much wrong in one post. He attracted all those people because of Stain. Because they all assumed Stain was with him. Shigaraki has 0 charisma and is so impatient he's practically stupid. He had to be reminded by Warp that he should just use the attention Stain gave them and use the people who came to join. That's how much of a short sighted idiot he is.

Shigaraki has been commanding nothing. One for All is behind him and is the one behind his strength, his allies during the UA invasion, and most likely, the mole in UA. Without OFA, there was no UA invasion, no Nomu, no organization.

Edit: just say you're trolling because you sound pretty ridiculous. You're even ignoring the fact that Warp stopped the attack between Shig, Dabi and Himiko by saying those two couldn't hit Shig.
If they joined because if stain they could have easily left once they found out. Its not like they are forced to stay or that they are being coerced by someone above shigaraki to be there. Lone wolf villains exist.

Likening shiharaki to a powerless figurehead, the typical "young master" role, ignores and discredits his character as well as the characters who are around him.

Is Deku the Green Arrow
I tried

"My name is Izuku Midoriya. After 14 years of being quirkless, I received One for All from All Might with only one goal: To become the number one hero. Today I failed to save my classmate Kacchan from the League of Villains but with the help of my friends I can still reach him. To save Kacchan, I must be someone else. I must be something else. I must be Deku."

I'm pretty sure some of the attention Toga is getting is mostly because she's the only female villain we have so far. She could be the worst character in the show and there would be some people who would fawn over her.

With that being said, I reserve full judgement until I see her Quirk in action. I think she's fine so far.

I mean, sure, she took an L to a teenage girl employing no quirks and the equivalent of a one-day women's self-defense course, but...

... she's kind of creepy? She's just lucky Uraraka wasn't into it, or it would have been a total bust...
Uraraka trained for a week. A bit more than a day. She was also training against weapon users so that put her at an advantage. One which she almost lost if people hadn't showed up to save her from Himiko's syringe.

I do wonder if it's a nod to Western fans since, as far as I remember, she's actually tanked completely off the charts in terms of Japanese popularity. (At least according to the Shonen Jump polls, which admittedly are probably only a good reflection of especially bored ten year olds.)
