I'm very impresed with this indie game and the premise of driving from A to B while you are being chasing by the AI trying to destroy you. The physics of the car and the graphics/ambience looks really awesome to me.

Description of the game by the autor:

I will be writing a more detailed post about this. Very simply put, it's about driving from A to B while avoiding getting killed and learning what happened to the game's world and where all of it's inhabitants went. Generally speaking, as of today, there is no master plan graved in stone. I'm quite new to game development and find the non-linearity to be very exciting (and still unexplored territory IMHO). I really enjoy creating universes which unfold during the creation process, sometimes leading to completely unforeseen directions.

Very simply put, the goal is to drive from A to B, with various obstacles on the way. The goons, the terrain. I know, I'm still being kind of purposefully vague atm.

The roads are authored although I do think about procedural generation for some special scenarios.

About VR mode:

We're thinking about VR support - let's hope the technology prevails during the coming years. Also, changing the way the rear-view mirrors behave could help.

He said he's been working on the driving AI for years; multiple vehicles can work together like one blocking and another attempting a PIT.

This looks so creepy and good. I'm imagining a first-person survival game set in the Deadwood universe, with these driving segments in which you venture out into the world meeting strange, interesting characters and scavenging.

I love how the vehicle physics look really realistic, unforgiving, and rewarding.

Honestly based on the description, I would love if it was a racing game akin to INSIDE or something like that. Let the story be told by the environments you need to run through, maybe have some puzzles that need solved etc but nothing more.

Man if that is what this game turns out to be I see me LOVING it. Definitely on my radar now regardless. What they have looks very promising and I cannot wait.

Reminds me of the early days of the 32-bit era for some reason, where we saw a ton of experimental games come out with themes that didn't seem to make any sense whatsoever, but more often than not were a ton of fun to play.
Really wish we'd get more of this kinda thing.

Now I want a horror version of Destruction Derby! :)

Love this. A.I. seems really realistic. Driving physics are satisfyingly unforgiving. Game has incredible potential. I wanna' hear some creepy environmental ambience when parked. Lighting is really nice.

Looks great visually, but the dummies attacking your car honestly downplay the creepiness for me quite a bit. I'd prefer a more grounded look for the enemies to complement the realistic design of the world.

Has anyone tried playing this with a pad? Can't try the demo at the moment as I can't seem to get the pad to work, I've tried remapping the controls and still nothing, headlight button works but no steering or accelerating.

The developer said that the gamepad support is currently disabled.
