garbage stadium situation, some really terrible supporters, awful early signings though they have mostly worked that out of their system now, no identity of their own (at least RB has pre-RB history that they on occasion acknowledge)

Philly deserves it. They were willing to pull a Chivas and it worked. Andre Blake definitely helped though.
Luckily I don't think everyone is going to be willing to play RBNY like Chicago and Philly did.
as much as i do not like Jim Curtin (and think he should've been fired 2 years ago), i gotta give it to him for actually playing RB. it seems he is at his best when playing against y'all, for some reason.
I think part of it is Curtin has Philly gearing up for these matches like they're a rivalry game while it's just another match for Jesse and RBNY.

Dude come on. I'm never surprised when Alan Gordon scores a game winning goal at the death. He could pull off some Bale shit in the Champion League final and I'd be like "yep. that's Alan Gordon for ya."
Gordo scoring the winning goal in garbage time will never be shocking to me, but I never figured he had one of those in him.

This sort of attitude is also likely why he's been improving year over year after coming to NY.
I hate CJ Sapong so much, its so clear that last year was the aberration but because hes American all the writers want to say he turned a corner last year and he's going to be good for the rest of his career. While this team isn't great, a true DP forward with Dockal playing the way he is could really make this team a decent bet to finish 5-6 in the east.
