I'm putting together an Aragami: Nightfall thread right now. It launches in 2 days so I won't bother formatting an official claim since it will be up soon (as well as my Shape of the World OT). Just wanted to put it down in writing in case someone else was planning on working on it.

Is "November 2018" too vague or is it all right in this case?
Given that it's a kickstarter backer reward, it could basically shadowdrop at any time, at a moments notice once the Kickstarter is finished. I'd prepare the OT some weeks before to be able to post it whenever as well.

Ah, thanks for the heads up. I think it was because it was a copy and paste job - I changed the bb code and it seems to have fixed it.

There is a group that got together in order to collaborate for Smash Switch OT so I want to let people know that the door might be still open for a person or two to be involved but please PM me and we see what would happens. Currently It's Muzy, Roo, IntelliHeath. Ryce and OricWindstar so I think the graphic department and English/Grammar checker is pretty much covered so if people have any idea how to collaborate with the team then just feel free to let me know! :)

- You're making a commitment to work on it.
- You'll update us if you change your mind. (Or when a release date changes)
- If you choose to make a thread on someone else's behalf you are solely responsible for it.
- Posting an OT is taking on a responsibility to maintain it, too. Don't just post one, cash in the praise, then dash. Keep it updated if other posters bring up valuable info to collect and share. Make sure things are accurate.
- If somebody has already claimed an OT that you also wanted to work on, collaborate with each other. Claiming an OT is not a race to be first to exclude others. Collaboration is mandatory if multiple people want to work on an OT! This is not first come first served! Claiming is about preventing two people wasting their time making dueling threads, it's not about excluding others.
- Be reasonable - claims are to only be made for games/movies/etc officially announced as releasing/premiering within the next six months. No TBA or "coming soon" type stuff. No educated guesstimates or speculation. Provide a source for the release date. As official as possible, please. No speculation. Also: please inform me if that date is changed, like when there are delays/specifications from Qx to MonthX, etc.
Alrighty. Hopefully, we get a firm date next week at the Tales festival, but Bamco did say 2018, lol.

it's like that fiscal year nonsense. but I'm sure they'll hand out a date soon enough (PAX, TGS) ...next week seems too soon, might as well announce a real date now then.
