On the road to Platinum, quick question.
End-game spoilers.
Would love some confirmation on the above as I've already made well over a dozen partial playthrough's through the chapter select menu now lol

Does the chapter where Kara and Alice get caught and have to escape the junk facility count toward the Survivor trophy ? I know Luther and Ralph (the derelict house android) are there and you can sacrifice one of them to escape and from what Iv'e read Ralph's death doesn't count against the Survivor trophy.
Through the first 4 levels of this game, I love it so far. But damn are some of the missed events hard to even figure out when I would have had the chance to do them.
My one and only question : is the game worth the full retail price?
Ive never actually played beyond or heavy rain, but really loved the demo of Detroit. But a demo is a demo, and is usually meant to be seen in its greatest light, so I might have already seen the best of the game by playing it,

Yes.
The demo was just the first chapter of the game. They didn't pick the best chapter for the demo if that's what you're thinking. The game just gets better and better.
I didnt get that path in my playthrough and got the trophy. Strongly recommend quitting and uploading your save online often so you don't have to repeat from a checkpoint because towards the end of the game there are quite a few opportunities that all the characters that need to survive can get killed. If you need help on what choices to make to keep everyone alive I can tell you lol.
Guys, a question on Bookworm trophy
Can you get Magazine No.41 in a Survivors trophy run? All I'm left is 2 magazines in Markus chapter and this one but I really don't want to replay Jericho just for this and from what I read I can't get it in a Connor deaths run.
Yes.
The only way to get 41 is to not be caught by police during "On the Run" with Kara & Alice. You have to completely avoid the highway chase. The way I did this was by staying in the Motel and having Connor follow Hank to check the room they were staying in. I was then able to sneak past the police during the escape scene and got to the train without anyone noticing. I don't know if this can be done by staying in the abandoned house or the car.

It was so devastating, I couldn't handle it man.It was also my only mistake in the game on my first playthrough.

Also I just noticed the last mission lets you move through different playthroughs. That's cool that prevents having to redo 30 times the last 3 ones and just load back up the checkpoints.
Realistically, myself, probably would drop the pretense of peaceful right there. Granted I suppose if you were too an android you might see it from Markus perspective that if they just retaliate even more lives would be lost. It's honestly a tough situation. I can fully see why if this was a real situation they would just fight back and also see why they might not.
I guess it depends on if they see a larger picture and want to get the public (aka Humans) to sympathize with them.
But then again I went full peaceful cause it's a video game and I wanted the best ending. xD

It's nice there is even an entirely unique "secret" ending which completely skips over the final 3 chapters of the game if you have Kara, Markus and Connor all dead:
Kamski taking back over is an interesting twist. I wonder now what happens if Kara is still alive in the same situation. Will she go to Jericho still and will North take over then? What happens with North if Connor isn't there to kill her eventually...

I thought so. My buddy swears he completed the game and swears that me never played that scene. I suggested maybe he just doesn't remember it as impossible as that sounds and he swears he never played the Junkyard scene.

If you loved the demo then without any doubt : absolutely.
Keep in mind the first 3 chapters after the demo one might seem very limited, there's a story reason. ;)

Alice being an Android. Which is hinted at actually in many points.
I just finish playing and go back to main screen, Chloe ask me a question and I answer. So can I safely shut down my ps4 now and the game will save my choice?

Kara'd talk to North and mentioned Markus but the rest of North's lines are identical to Markus's.

Well yeah it makes sense. But maybe they didn't see it? It's really the only 'twist' I can think of in the game. Everything else is pretty straightforward.
That's cool. Though I always thought or felt Kamski sort of wanted an android revolution and sees them as the future of humanity. Maybe he's going back to do a better job of making sure they do lol.
I finally finished it. I had my doubts for the first hour or two but after the Rupert chapter the game was great. It's so much better than the other QD games, I bet if I went back to Heavy Rain now it would look amateur in its design. They've clearly learnt and evolved since HR and B2S.

So ra9 is definitely a code/virus that enables the androids to have free will and desires like humans..... that ending definitely hints at it...

Yep, that was my first ending and in my head-canon that is the official ending.
Not every one was going to get out of the story with a cheery happy ending :(
(I have since seen most of the other endings, but the first one will remain the most effective).
Quick question about the full game . How much if the game do you play as Connor ? Tag it if you need to.

All 3 characters get roughly equal time, so 1/3rd.

Kara is cool too, she doesn't get unique abilities but she has tons of interactions with the world.
Connor is great as you could see in the demo and he has even more stuff in store.
Markus is death. His final chapters do pay off but holy god did it drag to get there.
Yes, Markus's story is mostly dull and only really picks up in the final stretch. Connor and Hank need a game of their own. Their buddy cop adventure is the highlight of the game.
