Today's been rough as a Crew fan. First the new stadium renderings down in Austin coming out; word finally leaking out that the front office has spent the past few months, if not years in Austin securing the deal, and tomorrow being when it's supposed to be finalized and perhaps even announced; not to mention the number of supporters of other teams now doing an immediate 180 after seeing those renderings and saying how happy they'd be for a team there after being against it for so long.
I just want this to be over. I'm exhausted and tired of this. I'd rather the announce it already and expose themselves for who they are than drag this along any further under the guise of "we're not moving yet"

We were shocked when they came out in support out of nowhere a few weeks ago. Just woke up one day and half the band is tweeting out in support of us keeping the team.
No one ever appreciates Felipe until they have him. We could use another guy like him, someone practiced in the dark arts. Miss Felipe so much.
he's been such a good addition. dude basically runs the show in midfield, setting the tempo and spraying passes, and also just that clever and cheeky game management is HUGE for a team that continually barely hangs onto leads
EDIT: also seems like a good leader, holding the team accountable and stuff. and seems like a top bloke off the pitch too

Felipe is also looking at a one-time switch to the US. While he'd be too old for the next World Cup squad, I do think we need someone like him on the squad to make sure we have a master of the Dark Arts available. If nothing else he can pass down his skills to the next generation. That said, I don't know if his plans are still going given the move to Vancouver.
