This iOS will be the Snow Leopard of iOS. I can feel it.
So show off hardware that one can develop on or for. :P
What kind of Ipad would they even release? Mini is dead, Pro is not that old, Regular just got updated.
The struggle is usually memory. iPhone 5S has the same amount of RAM as the iPhone 6. You wouldn't be able to drop 5S without dropping 6.
Either Apple's metrics are terrible, or internet sturm und drang is as usual, way overblown.
iPhone 5 got iOS 11 5years after its release. It seems 5 years worth of major OS releases is their new standard.
People were speculating they'd release some refresh of the iPP, I dunno.
I got a 10.5" iPP at Best Buy last week when it was $150 off. My older iPad Air 2 literally ran out of space to update apps with.
If they aren't going to announce hardware, the least they can do is announce they've okayed the Steam Link app.
