Best show on television now.
And Kim doesn't die. She turns on Saul, she has to become repulsed by him somehow, if she dies because of his actions it might be a deterrent to the what he becomes in Breaking Bad.
She has to betray him, or his betray his game somehow, enough for him to say fuck it all and finally do what he wants.

Kim getting pissed at Jimmy in season 2 or being distant from him in season 1... it's totally possible she rejects him cuz she knows how to develop that emotional distance easily

Will AMC re air season 3? Somehow my dvr missed episode 3 or 4 and it skipped ahead and I was thoroughly confused. I still have all the other episodes sitting on my dvr, waiting.

I think it's more likely the Jimmy will make a choice to betray her to benefit himself on a massive scale that really screws her over, and she completely abandons him for good.

To me it makes the most sense that Jimmy does something that goes too far and Kim just nopes out of her relationship with him. He more than likely will do something that jeopardizes everything that she's been trying to build.

I loved Breaking Bad but BCS season 1 was terrible. Should I watch the other seasons or is it more of the same ?

I remember Kim saying shes from Omaha and now Gene living there has got to be more than a coincidence. I have a feeling that since he collapsed, Gene had Kim as an emergency contact and they'll be reunited at the hospital. Maybe after their reunion she'll turn him in and thats where the show ends. I dunno man, BB and BCS got me connecting the dots in weird ways haha

Gilligan and a few others talking about S4 recently: 'Better Call Saul' and 'Breaking Bad' Overlap to Get "Bigger and Bigger" With Season 4
"Season four is so good," Gilligan told The Hollywood Reporter and other media during a "Masterclass with Better Call Saul" panel. "It gets darker, it gets richer. It's still got funny in it, but on the Venn diagram of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, the overlap in the center is getting bigger and bigger."
He also discusses some characters that make an appearance in S4 - might be spoilerish. Also:
Aside from Breaking Bad cameos, actress Rhea Seehorn — who plays Kim Wexler — explained that season four of Better Call Saul will also explore her character's relationship with Jimmy McGill, aka Saul Goodman, and how it has been affected by Chuck McGill's (Michael McKean) suicide from season three.

"What they did to Chuck, what Chuck did to himself, Chuck's death, Jimmy's reaction to it, what grief does to all of us...they have a huge impact. If you've ever been the person that's supporting someone who is grieving, that has an impact on a relationship," Seehorn said, adding that Chuck "really still looms large, particularly over this season."

I'm not going to read everything because of those possible spoilers, but that sounds great. I can't wait for this new season.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more exploration of Gene the Cinnabon manager.

Hopefully Jimmy says "fuck it" and gets some entertaining mall-related scams going or something.

Seriously... It is a reasonable possibility because Jimmy is legitimately in love with her so it makes dramatic sense for his arc into Saul... That said... Who hopes for someone to die like that. Weird.
Honestly, her just bailing on him would carry more weight than her dying. Everyone loves Jimmy. Losing the love of his life through rejection with nothing he could to win her back or trick her back, would be pretty devastating for him.

I would agree but she has done that to varying degrees throughout the show. I can't help but feel that her ghosting him in some way would be a tiny bit redundant. I dunno.

I think Kim's an awesome character because she is attracted to Jimmy not just for his good qualities, but also for his capacity for deception. She doesn't try to rein him in, but rather enjoys their little scams and subterfuges. It's a break from her overworked lawyer bullshit lawful-good life. But I see it getting her disbarred at some point. I don't think they'll kill her, but instead have her lose her career and be forced to leave in shame because of something Jimmy lured her into.

So based on what the article says, the introduction of....
Lalo
..... as a new character should be interesting. Looks like they're ready to tie that little tidbit from Breaking Bad into a major narrative.

I wonder if this is who Stefan Kapicic will be playing?

I too thought it was Kim's destiny to die back in season one but after the rest of that season and the next and the great work Rhea Seehorn has done I really wouldn't want that and I don't think that's the direction they go. They're going to have a major falling out, maybe with Jimmy doing something that destroy's her career and whatever trust she has in him and it'll be ugly. Jimmy loses his only ally and person who believed in him, that coupled with what happened to Chuck leads to his own "breaking bad'.

I remember Kim saying shes from Omaha and now Gene living there has got to be more than a coincidence. It was some small town/city on or near the Kansas-Nebraska boarder not Omaha which is a pretty good size city in its own right.

The BB overlap has potential for a misstep, but I trust these writers more than anyone else in the biz.

Speaking of which...

Breaking Bad creator 'desperately' wants Walt and Jesse in Better Call Saul
And the show's co-creator aims to convert Cranston's next set visit — and Paul's first visit — into an on-camera appearance. "I desperately want to see both of them on Better Call Saul," he tells EW. "Peter wants it, the writers do, the actors do."

Gilligan believes that enough time has passed — and so much anticipation has built — that a brush-by may not quite do the trick. "t wouldn't feel as satisfying if it was just a cameo or an Alfred Hitchcock walkthrough," he says. "I think we've waited long enough. We damn well better have a good reason for them to show up. I just hope we figure it out."
More via the link.

I share your reservations, but if anyone can make it work, it's this team.

I don't see how either of them could interact with any of the characters on BCS.

The best I can come up with is maybe Gus is at the police station for his donation and Walt is there talking to Hank because Jesse has arrested for some petty crime in his teenage years.

Jesse seemed to have knowledge of Saul before he appeared on the show. Perhaps they met prior.

Have Walt and Jesse in some large grocery store at the same time, with Walt and Jimmy checking out produce and Jesse outside selling weed or some shit.

I have to try and watch this again one day. Gave up at season two because it all felt pointless to me (like most prequels). Maybe I'll watch when it ends. Any word on how many seasons there will be?

The new poster is really telling of what's going on with Jimmy this season. Looks like he's killing off his Jimmy side in favor of a more radical Saul persona to bury his pain of losing Chuck :(

The show needs to stop with the cameos and callbacks (callfowards?) to Breaking Bad. It doesn't need that baggage, it stands just fine, better even on its own.
