If red flower x 3 = 60, red flower can only be 20.
If red flower = 20, and 2 blue flowers + red flower = 30, blue flower can only be 5.
Therefore red flower (20) + blue flower (5) = 25.

Yellow flower is assumed to be 1, since 2 of them = 2 such as in 5-2-3.

Thus 20 (red) + 5 (blue)+ 1 (yellow) = 26

If that is not the case, the pictures are trying to fool you.

It's 25, I ran the numbers myself:

That might be the answer according to the person who made it. The only problem with that is that the number of petals on the yellow and red flowers have no correlation with the value.

Bottom blue flower only has 4 petals, while the previous ones have 5. The picture is trying to trick you. It's not really a math puzzle so much as an optical trick.
