Things that make you irrationally angry

I'll add when adults that refer to moms as "mamas". I just don't get this sudden trend when referring to new/young moms.

You're not 5 years old. Being an adult and referring to a mom as a "mama" is annoying and creepy.

Almost all of things that make me angry are rational.

Btw, doggo and pupper are great words and I use them for very good boys as often as possible.

People who cut you off when they have a yield sign and proceed to drive slow as fuck in front of you

When the gas attendant fills up my tank after i say i want 20 bucks, twice.

When the gas attendant doesnt hook the gas cap on the gas door panel

There is no such thing as a "fast lane" or lane dedicated to going over the speed limit. Riding someone's ass because they aren't doing 80 in a 45 is stupid.

Dictionaries reflect how words and language are used in society, not a rigid rule set. Language is constantly evolving, after all, we made all of it up.

Language is just sound. It's apt to change.

The sound of Trumps voice. I cannot watch/listen to anything with him speaking or else I'll just feel angry. I usually opt to read a transcript of whatever he says.

People who "fake complain" about how busy they are at work in a not-as-subtle-as-they-think way to brag about how amazing they are. Especially when it's "Oh, I didn't even get to eat lunch today." Screw that, this is an office job. You could tell people to wait 20 minutes while you go eat something if you wanted, but then you wouldn't be able to tell us that you're so committed that you'd skipped lunch.

People that don't like cargo shorts. Get over yourselves, cargo shorts will be around long after whatever fad you like is over.

I get pretty unnecessarily fumed when someone I know who's not ready to be a parent decides to carelessly have a kid anyway. I have no idea why either, I had a relatively great upbringing.

On a highway, the left lane is generally meant for passing people in the right lane. Don't just coast in the left lane if you don't intend to pass people. You're just going to piss people off.

-People that leave carts/dont move at all in super market aisles. Come on

I yelled at somebody the other day as I was walking out to my car because she was literally standing next to the cart return and decided it would be a good idea to just shove the cart into the parking lot right towards my car. I guess thats more of a rational anger though :P
-People who walk slowly in a group side by side on the sidewalk in the city. Also, people who are just absorbed in their phone and walking slowly and haphazardly moving in diagonal directions.
-Anybody who uses those Xlerator hand dryers in the bathroom. Not only are those things disgusting, theyre loud as fuck

That depends on the state. In CA, the left lane is not typically designated as a passing lane. Plus I wasn't really referring to highways.

When people worry about doing poorly on something like a test when you know damn well they're pulling a 98% or higher in the class.

People messing with my kid. Anybody, and it really doesn't take much. We were at a birthday party for my niece and there was an 8 year old girl complaining that my 5 year old was annoying and I nearly got scary mad on that kid.

People who don't signal. Even when it has no effect on my driving. See also people who have no idea whatsoever, that the left lane is for passing only, and think that part of their job is to inaccurately hold everyone to their "safe" speed.

Cops blocking the streets and messing with the stoplights. They go to the streets to cause more traffic instead of helping. They are the biggest POS in my country, and they are good for nothing.

Second time this has happened the past few months, I should pick another route.
Was bloody fuming. But I guess that's more rational than irrational as we could've lost our lives.

When people bring babies into movie theaters, especially when it's not a kid friendly movie.

Home: When my family put knives back into the knife block, but not in the way I want them to (there are 8 steak knife holes; 6 in a row, and 2 a bit higher. 6 of the steak knives are identical, and 2 are from a totally different set. I want those 2 in the 2 higher holes, dammit.)

Driving: when people are at a red light but are pulled all the way into the crosswalk. 1: fuck y'all, and 2: if they're in the left lane, and I'm in the right lane, turning right, it can make it damn near impossible to see if cross-traffic is coming.

Work: Loud eaters in cubicles. Peole who have their own office but constantly use the speakerphone with their door open. Unclear instructions from higher-ups ("Set up X by Friday." "Okay, how?" "Ask Dave." "Hey Dave, how do you set up X?" "No idea, never done it.")
