We have the camps, the forcible drug cocktails, the dehumanization, the moderate darlings who would stab those of us willing and able to fight this physically in the back, I mean, we're basically a direct expy to Nazi Germany, we're only missing a false flag attack.

I hope this is not the next step of their agenda.

I wonder when they'll get the gas chambers up and running. It doesn't even sound that far fetched to me anymore.

I get that. What I'm saying is that any administration of high-end antipsychotics or deliriants/tranquilizers to mass batches of innocent captured migrant children is akin to Tuskegee experimentation, and that there's gotta be some circumstance that is better than my thoughts or that article because otherwise this is just unconscionable.
I'm not trying to downplay what is happening, but the Tuskegee stuff was on another level considering they were intentionally not treating syphilis patients for research purposes, misleading people to their death -- they were effectively human guinea pigs. In this case, it's still extremely unethical... and it turns out it wasn't the first time the US has done this: https://www.aclusocal.org/en/news/us-ends-forced-drugging-immigrants-after-shocking-lawsuit

From the Bush years:
Raymond Soeoth and Amadou Diouf were drugged against their will and without proper medical oversight during attempts to deport them. Neither man had any history of mental illness, yet Soeoth was forcibly injected with the antipsychotic drug Haldol in 2004, causing him to lose consciousness. The drug with which Diouf was forcibly injected in 2006 is unknown.

So I have little reason to distrust these latest reporting.

Read through the page in the tweet:

https://www.revealnews.org/blog/immigrant-children-forcibly-injected-with-drugs-lawsuit-claims/

The law suits are related to child treatment at a private juvenile detention facility for "unaccompanied immigrant minors" dating back to 2013. The suit seems to have been filed April 23, about a week before the force separation of children policy took effect. It sounds as though the forced separation has shed light on alleged abuse at this facility. These housing facilities were for immigrant children deamed "unaccompanied minors."

Testimony given in the court documents allege that the minors at this facility were often prescribed heavy sedative drugs for things that were determined to be behavior issues, but many of the drugs listed (most i've never heard of), sound to be very heavy handed and not drugs normally prescribed to minors. The description of these facilities, at least this one in Shiloh Texas, sounds more like orphanages or foster homes, not the sorts of detention facilities we've seen with the Trump policy.

I've never heard of "RevealNews.org" though, but just going on what's on that page.

This is seriously the END Of Trump and the GOP if true.

While I'd hope so as well... thing is this lawsuit is for behavior since 2013, and much of the testimony seems to be since before Trump took office.

When the Democrats have power these people responsible need to be in fucking prison at best.

No free passes like those that were given to the Iraq war criminals.

Anyone who cowards out is just as bad as those perpetrating these atrocities.

Oh my god....

I'm literally sitting here in disbelief. As a Canadian, I can't believe what I've been reading, seeing and hearing over the past couple of days.

Guys, DO SOMETHING. NOW. This is seriously UNACCEPTABLE.

this just can't have started with trump, right?

Not a chance. They tried to do this shit to me when I went to a teen group home I don't even want to know what they'd do to a non-citizen who can't just run away. Using vulnerable people for experiments is pretty old hat for America.

It's clear that the massive coverage of the Trump policies is shedding light on other abuses that are unrelated as investigative journalists are finally taking a hard look at the entire system.

One kid's story dates back to 2014, bounced through 6 shelters and 1 hospital. taking 16 pills/day and doesn't know what they are. Who knows how many more facilities are abusing kids; this case is purely against the one location in Shiloh, TX. Presumably some of this abuse started while he was in office.
This has been going on since at least 2013. Maybe much earlier for all we know.

Fuck Obama if he had anything to do with this. ..

It seems like the practice has been happening since the Bush administration, but wasn't addressed under his(Obama's) administration either.

http://myreporternews.com/2015/01/28/questions-remain-unanswered-at-shiloh-treatment-center/

Concerns expressed to federal officials resulted last summer in a group led by Congressman Pete Olsen to pay a visit to the site in an effort to get answers to its operation. As was the case with Mayor Martin, Olsen also was given little satisfaction in his efforts. Olsen reportedly followed up with inquiries of the federal agency charged with oversight of the facility but again was reported to receive only a standard "boiler plate" response that did little to nothing to allay concerns many maintain today.

The agency in particular responsible for oversight (or at least funding) is HHS.

not that it really matters for this discussion, but there is a difference between psychedelic drugs and psychiatric drugs.
