Nicol Bolas is probably wondering why his newest recruit keeps punching himself in the face.
First impression is that this doesn't do enough to warrant playing in...anything really. Considering she's both 4 mana and hard locked to one tribe (as opposed to 3 drop Sarkhan who only has one ability that requires dragons) you'd think the power level would be higher. She should have more loyalty or maybe her +1 should make a zombie token if you mill a zombie.
Ormendahl took over his job on Innistrad, so just use Westvale Abbey.

Unlike Arcane Lighthouse this one removes hexproof from your opponents as well, not just the creatures.

something spitting out 1/1s won't be good until Chainwhirler leaves the format which is unless banned at the same time as warleader.
4/4 body is decent, they're created attacking and have lifelink, it's not a good comparison with other token strats. But yes chainwhirler is a problem that core seems to not be aware of at all (obviously).
As powerful as Chainwhirler is, I think alot of it also come from the incredibly strong r/rb shell surrounding it, almost all of which is set to rotate out.
Leonin Warleader reminds me a lot of Hero of Bladehold, but not having the Battle Cry trigger is really a loss.
