You seem to think about on camera talent only. The need already has been there for while in them being bottlenecked by lack of editors and other personnel to bring certain type of content or simply up the frequency of already established content. Well tbf need is probably not quite correct to say for me here but it's def a want of them stated in various Q and A of maybe having more editors or a business focused person on board.

Anyone have the back story on Damiani joining Easy Allies?
I know he was part of Gametrailers but wasn't part of the group when they launched their Patreon. A few weeks/months later he became a full time member after moving cross country (I believe) to join 'em.
These days he's such an integral part, both on camera and behind the scenes, it's hard to imagine him not being part of Easy Allies.
BTW, I know the group have to look after every dollar they raise. But it would be cool to see them travel further afield. IE, a handful going to TGS, a week of coverage from the show floor, studio visits, out and about in Tokyo etc. Obviously they'd need to make plenty of content to justify the cost.

Me too. Some people are not conviced Sophie will move with them to the Studio, but given her newly found popularity from our surprising love of her EZA companionship, I wouldn't be surprised if they were able to bring her along so she didn't feel forgotten.

How about you donate them the money and then they can hire whoever you want.

I was a little bummed that their patreon didn't even break 49K after E3. This is mad.

It's honestly time for the Final Bosman successor after Box Peek is out to keep them at a studio level.
German Efficiency has been on a couple of streams and is the personal trainer of Jones and Brad, so if you did decide to get over such a weird hangup, donate knowing you're also funding a non-white guy directly too if thats whats important to you.

Omg yes! They've beem close for a bit now. Someone must have sponsored them because they were at 7200+ with $48,000 just a couple nights ago. I really hope they keep it cause I've been wanting to see them move into a studio since they started.

and there's proof via a poll about what ResetEra Easy Allies fans want to see for a new show, and we unanimously said no to Box Peek in favor of a Final Bosman Spiritual succesor.
If we can make this studio goal suistainable, please make this happen!
I miss the days of Final Bosman and when you and Huber's shows could crossover via bonus bits in the end of each of your respective shows' episodes!
Eh ... that's not how that works.
I know some people get defensive at the mention of diversity, but that doesn't mean you should pretend that it's a non issue because you want to presume it's just a coincidence the game industry mostly hires white guys simply because they hire "the best".

Whilst i'm not a regular watcher of the Easy Allies I love that they keep their Patreon pledges public. By doing a Patreon a person or entity is asking for money, so why be secretive when you get it? Easy Allies sharing this makes you more trusting of them. It might also be that being public with it will generate interest from other people who will then want to be part of the success story, as seemed to be the case for some people with Star Citizen. So a big thumbs up to Easy Allies.
But Bosman doesn't want to do it and the show will not be good if his hearts not in it.
And I don't think anyone said no to Box Peek in favour of Final Bosman. That question was not asked or you would still have me yelling for Box Peek even now.

This is great. I stopped being subbing a while back but I'm really glad they're finding a lot of success.
Woooooow awesome. People really want the return of bits. Hopefully it will hold and they continue to gain patrons, I think 8k+ would be a healthy number of patrons. Need to convert more subscribers to $1 patrons somehow.
This just made my day. Been waiting for this for so long. Hope they can keep this for awhile and get that studio!
Pretty sure Kyle already told people in the EZA $20 Patron Q&A why he's not longer doing A Final Bosman. tl;dr was it took way too much out of him sucking the enjoyment out of it and didn't want to be beholden on Patrons to deliver something each week.
He still provides his insights during the EZA podcast and frame trap so I'd much rather he stay happy.

Damiani was part of EZA from the start, but we saw less of him back then because he lived far away due to of his job (at Funimation, IIRC). I'm not sure if his original plan was to just doing Game Sleuth from afar, but after EZA reached the Game Sleuth tier a lot quicker than any of them had anticipated, Damiani soon realized that he had underestimated how much work producing the show would be. Not long after, he moved back to LA and began working for Easy Allies full-time.
This is from memory from but before GT was shutdown Jones was in the process to bring Damiani back to GT
I don't believe so. Damiani moved to Texas and was going to work on GT stuff like Pop Fiction from there, but after his move was all confirmed and everything like that, Defy let him go.

I remember early day EZA Jones mentioning he was working to get damiani back and that's why he was asked to be part of EZA.
Now I don't know if it meant he'd be traveling back or anything for those GT plans

He has also talked during some streams about maybe doing something like a next Final Bosman. I reckon he is conflicted, but I could see something happen if they get a studio.
Honestly, where the allies are at now, I'd love to see a similar show, but Kyle rely more on the rest of the allies. Lots of the best bits from Vintage Final Bosman involved the other people, but now they really know that people want them to show their personalities.
I don't think just doing the same thing again would be the best idea. But something similar, with Kyle being more like a producer, and the rest of the allies making up an ensemble cast could be cool. That way if there was a certain week that he didn't have something, he could get something out of one of the other allies.

For my part I didn't totally love the first episode of box peek, but I like the concept in theory, so I am intrigued to see where it's going, and I think it's cool that Kyle is trying something creative that's different to what he's done before.
