God is real. They indeed listen the feedback.
edit: lol at people downplaying the game. The level difficult update its even free.
I hope DQXI is waaaaay better, this dooesn't even do much wrong except being boring, babby's first jrpg (not the difficulty but the whole tone) and dull although enjoyable at times. Super lame sequel, should have given it another title really.
No problem criticising the game, but If I remember the most critic aspect was difficult and its finally fixed. Its just like saying 'already sold the game. Why they update? Leave him die'I sure would've hoped that they would not have the cheek to ask for money for this update!
And people criticising the game, any game, is fair game obviously.
Not sure what your edit was in aid of.
many of their games have this handholding garbage tutorial now that just won't shut the fuck up.
Er, this was actually one of the biggest complaints about the first game with Drippy literally being a handholding tutorial during boss fights, and the game dishing out mechanics extremely slowly. The second game takes all of that out and hands you basically everything you need within a couple of hours.
Well I just started the game and I'm playing on Expert and it seems fine difficulty. Almost like what I'd expect normal. But I'm only 2 hours inPut about 10 hours into the game and hard quit. Felt like I was playing a kids game.
Anyone play with the new patch yet?

I record my gameplays so anyone that played the first two hours could compare damage output and things like that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Chi8qAzRCTEPut about 10 hours into the game and hard quit. Felt like I was playing a kids game.

No, it has no connection in therms of story.
Oh right. I own the season pass for this game.
Smart move on my part.
Wow actually pretty surprised they did it because there was no word and as far as I can tell precedent for Level 5 to release a difficulty patch.
