The Splinter article comes to mind.
The Splinter article comes to mind.
I dunno if it's that, they have a deputy press secretary already
Oh shit.
Riley and Huey are actually split personalities of the same person.
Then you play the Pro Publica recording of the children crying until they get up and leave or one of the Secret Service people try to threaten you.
Her life should be as uncomfortable as possible while she backs this regime (calling it an administration means it's legitimate).
There isn't one.
He's trying to bullshit paint the civil disobedience thread as a civil uprising thread.
Ah. This thread I presume lol

It's barely 1 page long. It's crazy if they're giving her SS for being asked to leave a restaurant in the most polite way ever.
Great, so the protests accomplished nothing but cost the tax payers more money to protect this person?
Amazing job all around DSA, real solid work.
Useful idiots abound and the conservatives are very good at swallowing them up in their nets.Above is a beautiful example of this administration getting people to shift outrage away from itself and on to progressive movements.

Eh I don't think this should be criticized. We don't know all the info, she could very well have been the target of credible threats. In the long run, the money spent on this is a drop in the bucket of the waste Trump wants to spend. Let the SS do their job and focus on the horrible stuff she defends and the constant lies she tells.
You'll be someone hurt by the policies conservatives implement. AT least there's satisfaction in that.Welp, better safe than sorry especially after the call to harass government officials
Yeah, she'll be scared for a good long time and that's awesome. And it'll have effect. It will crack her. She may keep lying with impunity, work to gaslight the public in defense of a treasonous, white-supremacist head of state, but she'll be breaking inside.
Michelle Wolf made an indirect comment about her "smoky eye" make-up, and Huckabee Sanders completely switched up her face paint. She used to have a professional make up artists spackle her face with kohl and contour every day. I don't know if the make up artist is still under White House employ, but they've turned down the application - going from "Kylie Jenner" down to "nun who sneaks on some lipstick on the weekends."
She's a coward and a wuss.
This is a total non-story. White House officials semi-regularly get temporary Secret Service protection depending on the level of threats directed at them and the specifics of their current duties. There have no doubt been tons of threats sent her way, the idea that this is about her being asked to leave the restaurant and not the response to it is absurd.
Makes sense to me. Literally any body on the street could have a gun
lolI have temporarily rebranded my Twitter account as a separate Red Hen restaurant that has gone a step further and refuses to serve Trump supporters and veterans and the address is an ICE office. So far the only riled up a couple Republicans but I'm working on it. Wish me luck.
Straight up intimidation. How many people will refuse her service with 4 big armed guards around her. Straight up thuggery. So what are the Secret Service going to do? Arrest you for not serving her?
I felt like I'd misread the article based off some of the posts in here.
Uh, no. I'm not saying that SHS isn't a horrible person and I'm not saying that she doesn't deserve more than her fair share of criticism and public shame for her actions. She deserves everything she gets and I hope that she struggles to sleep at night knowing the damage she's inflicting daily to this country. My point is just that a government official receiving extra security after a controversial event where they no doubt were overloaded with threats of violence should surprise no one. It's par for the course, it's literally the Secret Service's main job, and shouldn't be newsworthy or controversial. If the conversation was about how the Trump admin has caused the Secret Service to be stretched thin with how many people are under their purview, or their serious problems with the use of overtime pay, or their recent increases in budget, or the many other problems with the agency, then there'd be a discussion worth having. But this is on the level of bitch eating crackersDyle's disingenuous post only makes sense in a vacuum. The fact remains that she's antagonizing people by enabling the violation of human rights of thousands of people, ripping apart families, misleading the public, etc. To paint her under the same brush as a politician who is under threat because of a genuine difference of opinion is gross. Do you know what else she can do to not have to worry about needing protection? Not being a vile person who knights for the American Nazis, calls liberals snowflakes, and attacks reporters for holding her regime accountable.

How does your post refute anything stated?
Do you or do you not believe that senior officials/employees are warranted protection if there is a fear for her safety?
