I work at a newspaper. With the rhetoric from our president, I've expected this for some time. The thing is, working at a newspaper, everyone in the community hates you.
Ya, this is shitty enough as it is, let's not speculate until we have all the facts.
I know that it's possibly "relevant," but let's not go too far down the speculation rabbit hole until we get some more info

What's terrible is that this won't be in the news in a day or two, since there's less than 10 dead. It's that fucking regular of an occurrence.
We need to keep the speculation down as always when this shit happens before we start throwing blame on either side.

24 people sounds like its probably the entire newsroom that was shot and injured or killed. That's about the size of an average newsroom for a paper of Annapolis' size (30,000 circulation)

My mom works behind the building it happened in, she's good. 4 Dead, 20+ injured. They're shuffling across the street to the Lord and Taylor as a reconnecting area.
