Re: Pinar Toprak composing for Captain Marvel, it's interesting to see these Hans Zimmer apprentices grow up and get big roles. Rupert Gregson-Williams did Wonder Woman, Toprak gets a Marvel gig: Zimmer's legacy is alive and identifiable in these people's compositions -- they play with texture and sound, sure, but there's a strong sense of melody there which I think is welcome and needed in the superhero movie world.

So that is Hawkeye's Ronin costume but no mask. I hope he'll get it. I think those are Hulk and Warmachine's worst costumes yet. I'm still not feeling Brie Larson as Carol but I won't judge until I see her performance. No sash unfortunately and I would like some more gold in there. Oh well.

Sam looks pretty good there, Marvel is solid with the de-aging tech. We'll see how it holds up if he's in large parts of the movie.

Looks good but I want to see the red sash. It gives her costume a unique flair and I hope they include it in the movie, even if it's CG or something like Strange's cloak.

I knew that artwork was legit from a few weeks ago. If you look at all promotional art for the Marvel and DC movies over the last few years, they all look like that and have that same rendering style. It's kinda photo real, but has this CG quality to it. No fan art is going to replicate that and no good artist is going to waste their time trying to fake real art.

Now that Doctor Strange 2 was officially confirmed by Feige and that Derrickson got canned of the MCU, I wonder who'll be sitting in the directors chair.

Doctor Strange was confirmed weeks after the movie started. Just like two months ago, we got confirmation by Derrickson, that Nightmare is the villain.

I absolutely hate the fact that Ant-Man was meant to be released today but has been delayed until August.

The feedback has been great, so really looking forward to seeing it. Lucky US getting it next week.
