Assuming that it's indeed true that Kushner was the one ultimately responsible for patching this call through, if it wasn't already clear that everything surrounding Kushner is nothing more than pure, raw, nepotism then him keeping his security clearance after a mess-up this big is a pretty good piece of evidence of it. In any administration that had even the slightest shred of integrity he'd 100% be sent packing for being a huge security risk but we know that's not happening here.
