Perhaps I am biased cuz I grew up in the 90's and still think about it all the time but I really fucking hate 80's fashion... it made EVERYBODY unattractive as fuck

You guys realize that a lot of these examples are artists, and most people in the 90's didn't really dress like that right?
This.

I don't recognize anything posted so far as representing whatmy friends or I wore back then. Everyday ordinary clothes haven't changed so much. A lot of the same jeans and trainers are still common now.

Are fitteds, snapbacks, t-shirts, plaid shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, sweater vests, bamboo earrings that uncommon back then? I remember shit I posted being common.

I never once saw anyone wearing the Kriss Kross backwards jeans. I did see Jncos at raves, but people wear crazy shit at festivals now too.

Say what you will, but I've never worn such comfortable clothes as I did in the 90s. Jeans are supposed to be baggy dammit!

80s we're much worse than the 90s imho. Could be linked that I had a huge crush on Jennifer Anniston at the time being.

I'm old...

That Christina Aguilera pic isn't actually, it's a black hair style that's rooted centuries ago. White people like hopping on shit black people been doing since forever.
There is a glorious and simultaneous misunderstanding of culture, hispanic culture, white culture, and black culture in this post. It must be a parody.

The mid 90s had super baggy clothes, but the decade ended fairly sane. The 60s and 70s were bad, everything was bright and shit colored. 80s bright and neon.

Early 90's style is back in full force. Teenagers in Seattle look like they walked off the set of 90210 or Saved by the Bell.

Light colored, high-waisted jeans are especially popular.

As someone who was a teenager in the nineties, unequivocally yes. Oversized sweaters with ugly prints, garish tracksuits, mom pants, dungarees, everything was godawful and unflattering, and to this day I envy younger generations. The only saving grace was the boob tube and the thongs that came in vogue at the end of it.
You realize everything you listed is currently back in style right? It's frightening.

Worst thing about the 90's was the oversized clothes. Missed out on all those asses in super tight jeans that the 00's brought.

Biggest issue was baggy cloths. Otherwise there was great stuff, like any decade. Honestly at the start of a decade is where things are at their worse. Its like people are trying new styles while retaining what was cool beforehand and it looks awful.

What do you disagree with?
Elaborate on why you would imagine this is parody?

You are talking nonsense, black people don't "own" braids, they have been used by many different ethnicities and cultures.
The earliest depictions of people with braids are European, there are also depictions of people with braids in ancient Greece and the near east and in Egypt (African but not black). Your second link "Dr" even mentions that Native Americans wore their hair in braids.
