Basically every politician does this. Half those people don't know how to send an email, let alone tweet.
It's just like having a pr or marketing department. Twitter can just be part of your brand now if you're a public figure. All you gotta do is not hire racist teenagers who think it's funny or an edgy /pol/ dog whistle to post A. Wyatt Mann edits of Garrison cartoons. Or allow racist editors to publish heinous shit in your newsletter. Or do some kind of event with Richard Spencer apparently. Ron Paul and many Republican officials have a lot of trouble with this, but I'll bet that concerned yelp reviews and the Free Market™ will quickly resolve it.

Yeah, anyone surprised at the Ron Paul being racist should know he hosted content saying that "95% of black people commit crimes". Pretty sure there was also a good helping of fear of "urban youth". Man is trash and him along with all the other racists and crazy conspiracy theorist are why libertarians as a whole look like an elaborate joke.
Hbomberguy has an (obviously left leaning) video about it if you are interested. It's made to show the ridiculousness of the whole idea but also gives a pretty good description of what it is.

I actually do believe that he didn't tweet that. Most politicians don't actually do their own tweets. They hire people to do it for them.
