Okay, is it me or did they start fixing the server response times to a round finishing? Games are going by really quick, before it was a slog to wait for the timer to count down for 30 seconds each round, it was far too slow.

There is a new Atomic War Autochess clone
Tried it out, it's a pretty good clone, lots of people playing
Same basic formula except you are on a free map, no 8x8 grid
You can buy dozens of different items, each hero can have like 10 items or something
Limit of 5 heroes per team though, so it's like a 5v5 teamfight

From looking around, it looks like this never came to fruition and was brushed under the rug, huh? With Pokemon Unite on Switch making the MOBA genre popular on consoles, it seems like there's a market for Auto Chess as well.
