She's free whenever she's willing to discuss WikiLeaks with a grand jury(she was granted full immunity and agreed to talk before refusing to talk in the grand jury)
She's sitting in a jail cell now because of her own choices. She can be out today if she talks to a grand jury about WikiLeaks. She also hangs out with a bunch of alt right shitheads.

He's certainly going to capture a lot of people's imagination if he keeps going as he is. With the economy ticking over & unlikely to nosedive enough to really cause massive damage, I think the nominee has to be someone who can win people over on a personal level. Trump is normalised - I think his weak point one on one is vibrancy and charisma. If he gets turfed out next year, it's not going to be a crotchety old man more vulnerable than any candidate in history to the socialist bogeyman line of attack or a professorial policy wonk that does it.
And people wonder why McCarthy and HUAC became so influential...

Do you haveany links about how she is being tortured in Alexandria VA since being held for contempt? Being jailed for contempt isn't uncommon in VA but i haven't heard reports of torture during holding
Handful of those bits were pretty funny (also lost it at the Klobuchar bit) but yeah, the Buttigieg joke was really lame and shitty. At least the other ones had something to them even if they weren't all funny - there was just no thought to the Buttigieg section except "lol he's gay."
To be fair, none of these criticisms actually means anything in the grand scheme of things. There are what, 150-200 million eligible voters in America? It's lost in the void. He needs to appeal to large swaths of "real people," not those who are full of hot air and love to complain on the internet.

Whoa, Pete already passed his $500K goal for the remainder of the quarter. I think he only put that goal up like, a week ago. That's on top of the $600K in 24 hours after the CNN townhall and whatever else he's made this month. His campaign's haul for March must be pretty impressive for such a "no name" candidate. Thinking on it a bit more, the Buttigieg joke could definitely be seen as a homophobic pejorative given the context of a conservative media putting this together, but when I first watched it, I didn't even know who made the video, and I wasn't really thinking about that joke when I made that comment.

Pretty much. It's a free lay-up to compliment McCain. Doesn't tie your hands politically to any policy, makes the people who want bi-partisanship happy, and you can use it to attack Trump.

But I'll tell you this much, there is no middle ground to reach with Donald Trump as president so somebody that says he's not going to hold Trump accountable for his words and actions isn't somebody that's going to get my vote. I somehow missed the Gravel story. In that case, however, he is not really so much of a bona fide candidate as he is an activist, unless he changes his mind later.
As someone who hates John McCain, I feel like openly shitting on McCain is political suicide in the US provided you are not Donald Trump.
