If they didn't want to include Mai in the background because she's too lewd for the age rating, there's no way they'll have 2B in there, with a fully controllable camera too.
Just entertaining the idea, I love Nier Automata and even I wouldn't really be thrilled with this choice. I want Smash to get weird again. Duck Hunt Dog weird again.

They had to drag Square kicking and screaming to represent their more popular franchises in the game. I doubt they'd work with them again for something more niche.

It's best to assume all leaks are fake till proven otherwise especially from 4chan.
That being said I would not be upset in the slightest if this turned out real. But given how Nintendo says they're cracking down on leaks I doubt it.

2B's outfit is a lot easier to alter then Mai's to be appropriate for the rating, and given she'd be playable, more worth putting in the extra effort versus a background character for one stage.
