I forgot Pokemon was coming so soon. Don't know if I'll get it but recent info makes it sound interesting. Will definitely get rocket league (again) for switch though.

"Sonic Heroes"

Finally, GC VC confirmed for the Switch, shame the pricing is so high. :p

Hoping for a decent Thanksgiving/Black Friday sale for the eShop, along with getting some updates on the Nintendo Arcade Archive games.

I'll throw in my vote for Axiom Verge. Anyone who even thinks they enjoy Metroid games should play that one. If not on Switch (the perfect platform for it) then go for the Steam sale.

That happens because I write some titles instead to copy-paste it. :P
I left some titles on the poll because there aren't more options. (Oxenfree, Splasher, Mummy Demastered and more)

Now I can't help but laugh at the fact that the Sonic Heroes demo I played all those years ago via demo disc on Gamecube (was it the one with Double Dash?) was way better than that hilariously short demo Forces got.

It's freaking insane how many good games Switch owners get in November.

I'm totally buying Soccer Brawl, Street Hoops and Rocket League!

In for November.

Also, really hoping December is a slow release month as I need to catch up - but I'm not counting on it. November looks crazy, and December probably will be too. :(

November is really tricky, since it contains more 3rd party games that I want to play that I never have the time to play. And now the indie 3rd party is joined by the AAA 3rd to a much larger extent. Hmmm....

It's a damn shame that Steamworld Dig 2 didn't win the poll. This month I'm pretty curious about Morphite and very tempted to replay VVVVVV.

Anyone know why Snake Pass is randomly in the top sellers again? It doesnt seem to be on sale, and I dont think its had a big update lately.

Whoa, didn't know about Tiny Metal at all, or that there was another Advance Wars-alike coming other than Wargroove. What's the early word on this?

Put in my October vote for The Flame in the Flood. (Stardew is my favourite from that set, but it doesn't need my help, and TFitF is severely underrecognized and underplayed.)

I'm in for Doom and Superbeat this month. I'll probably crack and pick up Resident Evil and the physical copy of Axiom Verge also. If Tiny Metal and the Switch version of Rime get good word of mouth I might also check them out. There is also the gorbillion games on my Switch indie and 3ds backlog I want to get to.

Rocket league maybe for me. Not sure I can justify the double dip but the possibility of rl on the go may be too good to pass up.

The Nintendo gods are giving my wallet a break in November, so I can play all the backlogs. Nothing from the lists really interests me at these price points.

Looks like nothing too big aside from Pokemon (and the several year old current gen ports). At least this month will give me time to work on my backlog.

Would be nice to get a few indie surprises like what happened with Stardew Valley releasing the week it was officially announced for the eshop (looking at you Hollow Knight!)

Damn, eShop games were slow and steady early on which meant I could kinda keep up with purchases and playing them but now forget about it... lol

Thank god there aren't that many games in November that I'm interested in.

I'm going to get Snipperclips Plus and Rocket League. Maybe Rime, but that's a huge maybe.
I'll also catch up on Golf Story, totally missed it when it got released.

Still waiting for Hollow Knight and Owlboy.

Also: Sorry Axiom Verge, but my vote has to go to Stardew :'(

I'm in for Rocket League and Superbeat Xonic this month. And I will GameFly Doom and Skyrim probably.

... and then Xenoblade 2 on Dec 1st. I think that should finish up 2017 for me. Unless they manage to get Hollow Knight out, I'd like to try that.

Okay I just watched that Tiny Metal trailer, that looks real good! Like Advance Wars with cute graphics, awesome!

I need to figure out how to easily account for temporary sales in my mangled eShop price tracker. I may need to redo the whole thing, but it's helpful for me in comparing same-region, different country prices.

Did we get ANY sort of indication as to when the next Nintendo Arcade Archives might appear? I'm waiting for Super Mario Bros. and Punch-Out!!, like everyone else...

This is sort of off-topic but I'm not sure where else to ask...

So I just got a Switch with the launch of Mario and I want to spend $30 at most on some eShop games but I'm having a tough time deciding on what (already got Golf Story and my brother is picking up Stardew this weekend).

Fast RMX - Are people still playing this online? Still worth it for just singleplayer/local multiplayer?

Overcooked - Only thing making me hold off on this is single player probably not being that great and worth it just for multi.

TumbleSeed- Kind of want a roguelike to play in handheld mode. Worth it? Any online leaderboards/daily challenges?

Any other suggestions? Will probably pick up Kamiko or Picross a long with one of these games.

Man, I'm getting Skyrim, L.A Noire, Resident Evils, and possibly Doom this month! I think I'll be set until sometime in 2018.

Great threads, thanks tolkir! November is gonna be insane, interested in Rocket League, Doom, Skyrim, Rev2, Tiny Metal, Snipperclips, Super Beat Sports and some NG games...

It's a damn shame that Steamworld Dig 2 didn't win the poll. This month I'm pretty curious about Morphite and very tempted to replay VVVVVV.
It got my vote as well but I must say if I weren't hit by the game breaking bug Golf Story probably would have squeezed by.

What a lovely game Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime. I am thankful for the poll for highlighting this game.
This and Overcooked are local co-op must-haves on Switch imo, great game.

Oh man, had no idea Rocket league was coming the 14th already. Nice.

Tiny metal is on my list as well, but really looking frwrd to wargroove, so will wait for reviews and them decide.

Another good month for Nintendo imo.

Edit: oh and Pokemon of course. My kids are psyched about it.

There was this recent thread with many good indie suggestions for the Switch:

This game deserves to be added to the October poll. Seems like it's gone way under the radar.

Yes, I don't understand what has happened with the marketing of Splasher on the Switch... The game has been out a week now, and not a single review has arrived on Metacritic.

Splasher is a great game. Fun to play, smooth and polished.

Another month, another boatload of good games. Proud to be one of three people who voted for Pan-Pan - it's a cute little game that deserves more love. I don't know whether I'm buying something this month, as Stardew Valley won't be closed any time soon.

Tiny Metal might tide me over until Wargroove. Will wait for reviews.
Exactly what I'm thinking too.

October games- I voted for Wulverblade, beautifully researched brawler.

Big month for me in terms of games spend- I'd like EOV on 3DS and Skyrim on Switch, but am intrigued by Tiny Metal.
