No, but it's still a good game, aside from the DLC that could get a little annoying in it's design. Is this really Mario 64 levels of good? If so I may get it on a discount.
I too would like to know O.oHuh? Who is the director of this game and what's the problem here?
It's not a revolutionary game like Mario 64 was back in the day, but it's really well made. I just finished Super Mario 3D Land for the first time, and while I liked it a lot, I liked A Hat in Time better. Is this really Mario 64 levels of good? If so I may get it on a discount.

Don't fall for the bait.
I feel the same way, Lucky was a neat little but charming platformer. It's a nice game, I bought it on PC (Switch version was taking too long for me and my impatience. :) ), but I liked Super Lucky's Tale more, surprisingly. For me it was Yooka<Hat<Lucky.
I wouldn't have expected that going in.
To be fair Crash and Spyro already proved that in a much bigger way....but yeah.proof you don't need to be on nintendo to have a successful platformer (relatively)
so being a white supremacist is a fake drama, okDon't fall for the bait.
It's one of these fake dramas from people who love to make a mountain out of a molehill.
Odyssey is only on one platform though whereas this is onSurprised it sold 1 million considering it launched right next to Odyssey which buried it.
Glad to know that you think race and immigration issues are “molehills.”Don't fall for the bait.

Apparently, but I’m not surprised by those responses on Era anymore.
Does every thread on ERA have to be about some guy saying something stupid? It's getting really hard to avoid these things. I was actually politically active for a left wing political party for a few years (in the US they would have called me a communist, seeing as the whole political landscape of the US is kind of right wing already compared to where I live) and even for me this is getting a bit too much.
No, just the ones about shitty people who say shitty things.Does every thread on ERA have to be about some guy saying something stupid? It's getting really hard to avoid these things. The information is out there but he's a POS that hires artists, fires them with no warning and steals their work after the fact. Not to mention blackmailing people, doxxing them and creating entire sites defaming them. Then there's the whole JonTron fiasco. I'll leave it at that as I really don't want to derail this thread.
Simple answer? No.Does every thread on ERA have to be about some guy saying something stupid? It's getting really hard to avoid these things. I was actually politically active for a left wing political party for a few years (in the US they would have called me a communist, seeing as the whole political landscape of the US is kind of right wing already compared to where I live) and even for me this is getting a bit too much.

they did, but since then, the number of successful 3D platformers have dropped off sharply. Spyro and Crash shown that legacy and quality can go a long way, but there's no other studio that has attempted to tap into the legacy (other than Sega, I guess) and indies will struggle to get that quality given the increased complexity of 3D platformingTo be fair Crash and Spyro already proved that in a much bigger way....but yeah.
No, what I think is that not wanting to redo some trivial and hardly relevant voice over just in spite of a voice actor you used having anti-immigration ideas is a far cry from being "a white supremacist".
Simple answer? No.
Shitty people with shitty views that have real life consequences should get called out. This is his game, it’s relevant. So no.
Yeah, that's pretty much it.What was the controversy behind the game? Was it for not taking out JonTron's voice over?
