HahahaDid the stimulus bill have a plan for making sure every one losing their job has healthcare?
fuck sake. i didn't even look at the dates and assumed it was from the last 10-15 years or something.
I'm sorry but this is America.Did the stimulus bill have a plan for making sure every one losing their job has healthcare?
get that god damn socialism out of here!Did the stimulus bill have a plan for making sure every one losing their job has healthcare?
Trump is going to start blaming the states and governors. Especially NY and CA. He's been laying the groundwork all week.

I think this Coronavrius shit will be the end for Trump. The economy was one the biggest reasons to vote for a incumbent.
New Jersey governor said he has no plans to open the economy up again in the state if things are still bad by Easter (which it will be).
Yea most have to go out and hope they dont get sick else it could devastate their families. Or maybe they have no work due to closings and still need to pay for food, rent and utilities like the rest of us without a stimulus bill that can help them. Shit sucks man.and remember this does not apply to the hard working undocumented workers in the USA. There's probably hundred thousand of them.....
Poor bump really. Good evidence to suggest he's toast.you'd think so huh

...and Cheeto adds NJ to his blame list. "Not my fault! I'm perfect! Perfect economy! These governors won't open their states! Not my fault!"

Well the US has its own currency which helps tons.Damn. Even the US will need a huge deficit this year and the next one.
I can't even imagine how this virus will impact economies like Spain and especially Italy which isn't even allowed to spend money pretty much.
<laughs in Italian>
But we can't blame the virus on the president, unless enough people aren't happy with how it was handled. I wonder if that changes things (in previous times it might have been easier to blame it on the administration if it seemed within their control?)I think this Coronavrius shit will be the end for Trump. I know.
This pandemic is a once-in-a-century, global catastrophe. There's not going to be anything "quick" about the recovery from this, no matter how much we want it to be so. You're looking at years for getting back to commensurate levels--if we're lucky. On the bright side, maybe this crisis will frontload the job losses in the beginning of the recession, and recover somewhat quickly. Unemployment peaked nearly a year after the 2008 financial crisis happened, if I remember correctly. That was a slow bleedout. This time the job numbers could begin climbing around May or June.
If the government step up and actually implement public welfare/socialist policy along with widespread enforced lockdown? If they don't? Not likely.

This is my big fear. With our savings, my wife and I could get by for a good while financially. But, if she loses her job, our health insurance is gone. At which point us getting covid19 is like instant bankruptcy if we were to require a hospital stay... and not die.
Good lord. Spain has 14% unemployment?!
Well it IS Obama's economy after all!
you'd think so huh

He'll just keep saying this is why we have to go back to work. He'll keep pressing that, and then blame the states for keeping the lockdowns that drag his perfect economy down.
got a few for ya fam! (Not his words but something he could say)
"Fake news, we have the best economy! Jobs are coming back and numbers are beautiful!"
"Big unemployment numbers are from no good democratic run states! Best employment numbers are from Republican run states!!"
"Fake news is trying to stop my re-election by posting fake unemployment numbers! Very sad for the failing *insert news name*!"
Guys Obama had a recession too!
Obama had high unemployment too!
Obama had a pandemic too!
Obama was the worst president too!
Obama had little hands too!
Obama Obama Obama!
Fake news. Trump is doing an amazing job beating this nasty virus. Trump gonna humiliate it and talk to it like it is, bully it into submission!
Just you watch!!

Hopefully the unemployment matters, but so far many polls on the virus response show majority of voters approve of his handling and are buying his blaming of other countries and governors. They think this would have gone worse with anyone else.I think this Coronavrius shit will be the end for Trump. The economy was one the biggest reasons to vote for a incumbent.
