Yo, I couldn't get a whiff of Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider OOO. AmiAmi died for five minutes at 16:00 JST. The one minute the site opened and still had it active, I hit that preorder button instantly. Only thing in my cart was Amico telling me "bitch you wish".

There are a few cases where their stuff sold out before release date and didn't come back in stock so better safe than sorry.
I haven't ordered stuff off amiami in years, but I remember the old site would go to crap and you wouldn't be able to login or checkout because of all the traffic. Are you saying they fixed that and then they broke it again with a redesign or something?

It's an event exclusive so it might be hard to get it. Will probably go up on anime export.
Probably, but I still need them. If nothing else, at least Garnet's face will be much better than the original Play Arts figure.
That said, I think Neku actually turned out pretty well considering how tiny his limbs are, so I'm hoping they've improved somewhat since the 2B days.

I'm not a wrestling fan myself, but I will say that the figures I've seen at retail look really good. I can't say anything about their articulation, but they're some of the nicest figures in the toy aisle when it comes to sculpt and finish, and I appreciate the more colorful expressions as opposed to the blank ones that most action figures ship with.
Yeah, since Mattel introduced the FX facescan/print technology, most figures look really good and detailed. It's still a mixed back here and there but they absolute nail more and more figures, specially the Tag Team wrestlers are extremely impressive recently, for whatever reason. Oh, only speaking about their Elite figure line of course.
Elite figures have double jointed knees, ab crunch, leg turning, foot turning, foot bending to left and right, normal elbow joints and normal shoulder joints. Head movement too of course and movable hands. They also added switchable hands recently and their more expensive line that's coming out in a few months will have new toe joints, double jointed elbows and a new 360 movable ab crunch, which looks bad in my opinion but can move more.
I restarted my collection like 2 months ago with 2 Elite figures and now I'm at over 65 Elite figures, with some of the most popular and rarest figures at the moment, with spended money in the 4 figure area, so yeah, thread title is accurate :D.
Have to make better pics later, it's hard to make a good one with everyone compressed in this cabinet under bad light. Have to get more space and extra lighting for the cabinet and something to get more figures in a higher position.

I can definitely relate to the display issue. At a certain point I had to start looking at buying additional shelving to hold all this plastic. Everyone tends to get lost in the crowd if you just throw them on a flat surface.
