Fire.tv has all the episodes and ppv live and on demand. TV is $5 a month!

PPV is $40 by memory, glad they only do 4 a year or I'd be broke lol

Starts 11am Sunday, not sure if that includes pre-show
I already sub to the monthly show! Hopefully the Fire.tv PPV credit counts towards it, takes the sting out a little.

I might actually buy this! I love the weekly show, it's the first wrestling I've really watched since the late 90s and it's super fun.

As much as I've been loving AEW, I wasn't sure if I was willing to drop the cash.

Last night convinced me I'd be an idiot for missing out, so me and some pals are going in.

Very excited for a good show.

This being $50 and the khan/Jericho trump connection is enough for me to jump ship :/

Sorry y'all. It was a fun month

Last night's show was a banger, top to bottom. Hopefully it means they get good numbers for the PPV cause this card looks stacked.

For everyone in the UK you should probably look at ordering the PPV through ITV Box Office. It's only Ā£14.99 and I imagine will have a better picture than Fite TV (even though I've liked watching Dynamite using the service. Seeing the matches in full and JR's mumerings make the service worth it, even if the picture quality could be better).

Feels like Janela/Spears should be Buy-In and Bea/Britt should be on the main card. Any guesses on what the other Buy-In match will be?

A big 5v5 intergender tag match would be cool. Anything but a Casino Battle Royale.

I'm at a concert during Full Gear. Is there any deal on replays?

From the latest issue of the Observer:

The plan right now for Full Gear is to have only one match on the pre-show and do the first match at around 7:30 p.m. Eastern. The idea is that people complained the last show was long, so the goal is, including the pre-show (which starts at 7 p.m. with video packages and interview buildup) that the live match time in front of the crowd be limited to four hours, ending at 11:30 p.m., but that finish time is not a lock. They have until midnight so it could go as long as four-and-a-half hours

Hype! Death Stranding and Full Gear for me this weekend! I read a rumor online that Mox V. Omega will be the main event, which is weird given the build up to Cody V. Jericho. I hope it's more interesting than Mox v. Janela, though. I'm worried Mox's move set isn't as varied as Omega's other past opponents. It's a pretty good card considering there were only like 4 matches announced last week.

Really looking forward to this show, solid card and the build for the top matches has been great. Kinda wish Bea vs Britt was for the title since it is more interesting than the Riho match.

PPV also has Spanish and German commentary options which is cool to see

Nice it is indeed $20, not sure where I got $40 in my head from lol
Is that $20 AU or US? Because I've noticed I have "$20" credit and the PPV itself is "$30.99", but no idea what currency.

Also, I don't think it will let me use that credit towards it?

Last time it let me use the credit I had to buy All Out. On this one the screen showed me as available to buy with credits. It doesnt hurt to try. :)

Mox vs Omega probably will be the main event in the same way the Janella vs Mox match took place after the main show a few months back. Given the "unsanctioned" nature of the match.

Is this the one where Punk shows up or they saving that for Dynamite?

/jk

Slime Language tomorrow and Full Gear on Sunday for me, great weekend of wrestling, the thing I'm looking forward to most from Full Gear is the new PPV set.

Like Dynamite. But alas, can't truly engage and invest when PPVs remain dead to me at $50 a pop. $20 is about the max I could consider paying (since they aren't monthly). They need to figure something out here as WWE will continue smoking them in this aspect of things.

I can't believe how excited I am for this. Like I'm seriously looking forward to it more than any wrestling event since Wrestlemania 28. AEW is amazing!

I'm going to do my Full Gear predictions tonight.

Baker x Priestley: I think Bea wins, probably by some sort of devious means, which sets her up as a challenger to Riho next, and sets up Baker to come back for revenge down the road.

Janela x Spears: Spears wins and mainly I see this being a device to set up Wardlow debuting as part of a Tully stable.

Lucha Bros x Private Party x SCU: Should be a fun match but not a lot of drama as it seems obvious SCU will retain.

Sakura x Riho: Similarly, don't see any chance that Sakura wins, but should be a really fun joshi match.

Page x Pac: I feel like these two have held back in their previous two matches, so I expect them to go all out and put on a banger. Pac gets the definitive win this time.

Young Bucks x Proud n Powerful: PnP wins which serves to set them up as challengers to SCU in the near future. First part of the Inner Circle standing tall.

Omega x Moxley: This match will get crazy and we'll finally see the barbed wire weapons get used. I could see it going either way, but I think Moxley gets the championship push so he wins.

Cody x Jericho: I expect this is going to be a crazy spectacle with lots of shenanigans involving the Elite/MJF/Dustin/Inner Circle. It's going to be long but not 60 minutes. MJF doesn't turn on Cody but I could see him inadvertently causing a problem for Cody. At the end, Jericho wins and the Inner Circle stands at their peak.

I see the follow-up from here being a continuation of Elite vs Inner Circle with Scurll's Villain Enterprises entering the mix, eventually culminating in a War Games style match at their next PPV after the new year. Moxley chases after Jericho's belt and eventually takes it.

Can't wait!

I wanna say the last time this was brought up was PPV prices weren't up to them. This is what actual cable companies charge for PPV, and they couldn't get a lower rate for apps. But they're also doing fewer PPVs in general. I believe they plan on doing 4 big ones a year, with some smaller ones throughout that would be free.

Cody winning and joining the inner circle as a Heel leader alongside Jericho abandoning The Elite is the twist I want.

They should just swap roles. Cody ousts Jericho as the leader of the Inner Circle and Jericho starts becoming the "leader" of the Elite. Still a babyface group but he's still an asshole.

Anyone who wants the best babyface in the business to turn heel is why we can't have nice things

I think eventually Cody turns heel, but it's way too soon and would be way too non-sensical. With the way they've built up the Elite vs Inner Circle thus far, it would make absolutely no sense for any of them to change sides right now. There are few if any faces in wrestling who are as over with the crowd as Cody is right now. At a minimum at least wait until/if the crowd has cooled on him.

I like the idea that's been floated of Cody being the one to turn on MJF and not the other way around. But that shouldn't happen anytime soon.

Cody later going heel could even play into the title stipulation tonight, eg isn't supposed to ever challenge for the title again but uses his pull to reverse it.

There is also the WWE approach of having him do everything a heel would do but just consider him a babyface anyway.
