I enjoy Aussie footie. In the US I get usually 1 or some times 2 games a week, which is Cats vs Magpies this week and Crows vs Swans next week. There are more available, but they're locked behind Fox Sports +, including typically the Grand Final which is annoying. So I can see most or all of the games in the playoffs leading up to the Grand Final, but not that match.

The footy is looking great in 4K on Foxtel, some color issues. but if you have a surround sound setup, you can mute the center channel and just have the umpire mics and crown noise

Round 1 is usually crazy, but that was the hardest to predict round 1 I can remember.

I got 4/9. But that's on me for tipping Sydney.

It's great to see the Lions doing so well. They've had a lot of potential the last few seasons but could never deliver on consistency, hopefully they can keep it going.

Disappointed we lost, just needed to kick straighter. Robbie Gray really shouldn't be missing as many shots as he is.

Brisbane might be the real deal this year.

I managed to get 5 tips again this weekend, putting me clear in every comp I'm in.

I normally start badly and turn good later in the season so no idea what'll happen this year.

Also, fuck yes Port, what a win on the road! I kept waiting for the Eagles to bounce back and it just never came.

Yeah I suppose. I never really think about that because in Adelaide we always get both of the home team's games on 7HD.

Would suck in Melbourne, especially if you follow a smaller team

NGL, Carlton's loss basically equates to three umpire assisted wins to Collingwood and it really pisses me off.

Pretty disappointed with the Showdown.

We finished strongly, but it's not enough when you only kick 3 goals in the first 3 quarters.
