I hope the entire stadium erupts into boos upon reading this, and not only that, but audibly loud "fuck Drumpf" chants. Oh that would be so glorious.
Brave statement from a public institution, but I guess since it's Alabama it's not too shocking.
Oh well, even more reason to cheer for LSU.
colleges are such safe spaces for the left amirite?
hope LSU trounces them.
As a Gators fan, go LSU.
Folks should protest then give their local ACLU chapter a nice call.
i thought of that as i was writing my original message. but they didn't make a statement about it like AL so #teamLSU
Well, I'll try to boo if I've made it to my seat by then, but I'm doubting anyone can hear us. Not much hope of a 3rd time's the BOO, considering the state, and the mixture of 2 fanbases from Deep red states. But then again, Some portion of the crowd has to be college educated, right?
If it means anything, LA has a had a (mostly down the middle mind you) Democrat governor who could be reelected.
/shrug
I don't know, I see 58% of the votes of the state going to Trump in 2016, and I see the white people ofIf it means anything, LA has a had a (mostly down the middle mind you) Democrat governor who could be reelected.

This kind of self-censorship by organizations has echoes of China, and Nazism in early 20th century.
This trend is super scary.
11 AM start, they're liable to not be awake yet.Ahh yes, who would want to risk losing their reserved seating for Western Carolina?
Pulling for LSU is fine, but lol at the implication their fans won't be equally as accommodating to Trump.
What's funnier about the President coming to the game is that the increase in security is going to cut down on sneaking in booze.
The LSU fans going to the game are going to be pissed.
Alabama just further proving they can't get with the times smh
They're missing out on drunk LSU fan sales:
Last I saw, 4 teams still haven't changed: Bama, Auburn, Georgia and Mississippi State.Yep. SEC allowed booze sales but Bama refused to change their policy. Stupid.

52% of East Baton Rouge Parish (where LSU is located) voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. I realize this game is an Alabama home game, but there are plenty LSU fans that can't stand Trump.
Is Trump doing a tour of sporting events or something? Twas baseball game, UFC, now college football..
He's preparing for 2020, got to get his orange face out there as much as possible. Is Trump doing a tour of sporting events or something? Twas baseball game, UFC, now college football..

Someone told that this is a stupid fucking idea and it'll backfire spectacularly.
This will make NFL teams like home even more. For those of you pulling for LSU because of this, you should know that LSU's starting QB thinks it's "pretty cool" that he gets to play in front of Trump. https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...row-donald-trump-alabama-lsu-game/4175952002/
