Out of curiosity, how many of you are planning to pay for All Out on August 31st?

I'm going put down my $50 to support what they're doing.

Jericho vs. Page (hope they surprise us...)
Bucks/Lucha Bros. ladder match
Kenny vs. Moxley
Cody vs. Spears
Best Friends vs. Dark Order
Darby vs. Havoc vs. Janela
Women's casino battle royale

Looks pretty good on paper so far.
Going forward, as long as I'm watching AEW, I'll be buying all AEW PPVs.

I’ll get a watch party together. I wouldn’t pay $50 for it but as a social event it’s worth it.

Orange Cassidy is #All Elite

Looks like I'll have a bathroom break spot when the new TV starts!
That’s legitimately a huge get. Cassidy is a guy that will attract a lot new eyes with his kind of comedy they can appeal to a broad audience. A view him as talented improv guy that can also go in the ring when he needs to. Very gif-able, which is important these days.

Not a chance, all his best mates are at aew and can also give him a nice big bag of money, on top of creative freedom of his character.

He'll be famous, happy and rich at aew
Okay then. Hope he comes over. Have heard and seen good things. Wonder if AEW will start feeling too bloated with the amount of talent they're signing.

OC could easily be Jack Evans if he wanted, he's that athletic, but his gimmick is the exact opposite.

And I can't wait for more.

If OC is full-time that's a big loss to indie wrestling. He's been the best American act for the last two years and has always been one of the best things about CHIKARA. But I'm obviously excited for him, hope he gets over huge.

I am starting to feel bad about the indies. Now with AEW also signing everybody, the USA indie scene is going to be a wasteland.

Happy for OC, he deserves the good paycheck.

I've watched some videos on YouTube that popped up on my front page before DoN. Made my wife (who generally think wrestling is kinda boring bar some gimmicks) watch some of him and she laughed her ass off.
Great signing but it was a matter of time.
BTW didn't they sign another young tag team? I remember seeing a video of them during the road to DoN.

Mexico has the talent to replenish the USA scene, it's just a matter if the promoters will actually watch anything and bring them in.
That already happens. The issue I see is that only some promoters can get luchadors visas. Even a mid size indie like GCW can not get visas for Los Macizos.

MLW definitely knows.
MLW seems to be one of the few indies that can get lucha talent visas in a timely matter.

Still, the USA scene is going to look dire.

Down the line, I'd like to see Orange Cassidy do a 'split personality' gimmick where he's his typical slow self until putting on a luchador mask and completely changing personality. Just have the announcers straight sell it as a different person, Clark Kent style.

Don't know anything about Orange Cassidy outside of his appearance on Double or Nothing, but sounds like people are excited about him, so I'm down. Found him to be really funny on Double or Nothing, and was super impressed by his kip-up with his hands in his pockets.

Oh my god, the half-arsed thumbs-up is the best.

This must be part of the 60% Cody was talking about, and I'm cool with that. Great signing.

Thinking of Private Party?

I'm still waiting for a video to show up of them vs. the Bucks last weekend.
