It's basically a video game engine. If you go on steam you'll see a bunch of RPG Maker games.
It's basically an RPG making engine for people who don't know code, though they do have a script engine you can work with. They provide some assets to get you started.
So how much choice do these give you in terms of dialogue options, choices and character interaction?

But yes rpg maker is an engine that nakes games and can play those games. Nothing else. This would actually be the first mainline unaltered console release since Ps2 IIRC as well as the second console version in english. This is a pretty big deal that got leaked.

You could make a game without any combat if you want.
I don't know with modern versions, but i tried the first RPG Maker long ago and you could personalise all the elements ( graphx, musics, sounds), write all the dialogue and write script with triggers and events, make non playables cutscenes.
But it was on PC. Consoles versions probably can't import mp3 music for exemple. So it could be more limited.
How easy or difficult it is to share created games between creators in the console version of these games?
Like, if i make a small RPG on the PS4 version, can i send this game to a friend? Can they download it from somewhere and play it? Can i look out to see other's creation in some form of directory? The reason why i never jumped in the 3DS version was not knowing this. Would be fun to share little RPG experiences around... cause if not, this is super limited compared to the PC versions

Actually, I'd say it's the other way around. Seems like they Google translated from english to spanish given that the spanish syntax is a little messed up and makes little sense in parts and translating it back to english makes it make perfect sense again for the most part, lol.
Literally english > spanish > english.
Yep, it makes more sense in English to me too, they surely did google translated from the official english description.

I have tried using some of the older versions of Rpg Maker and it never fully clicked for me. If there are tutorials built in or some other hand holding to get a better feel for the ui I’d buy it for that. I’m not really one for looking at a YT video and then trying to replicate that in an editor.
Lastly does this guve the Kiseki fans a moment of relief? Still not 100% out of the woods but this may be that announcement hat way teased

I got megalomania and tried to make a Suikoden rip-off but I had too high expectations and sucked too much at map design to get anywhere.
