Oh hey, go me.Well, this was obvious.
I wonder what the big twist will be. Margaret kills everyone and gets away with everything again?
who was gay that got killed beside the Olympic guy?
According to TVLine, Sarah Paulson won't appear in this season at all, despite previous reports to the contrary.
Damn, it'll be weird to have a AHS season without her.According to TVLine, Sarah Paulson won't appear in this season at all, despite previous reports to the contrary.

While I'm enjoying this season, nothing about it seems... unique? I mean, Roanoke got a lot of hate for some reason, but it's most likely one my favorite seasons because: a. it's consistent (compared to other seasons) and b. it had a nice twist to it. 5 episodes later and I feel like there won't really be a big twist behind this. I remember reading all sorts of wild theories linking 1984 to surveillance, but nothing really points to that? I mean, it's still not over but I highly doubt that's the way it'll be. Also, is anyone else not tired of the whole ghosts stuck in a land thing?
shouldn't that be a spoiler as that concerns the future and maybe people dont want to know that?
also, why look ahead and dig up info on a show's future events don't you like being surprised

:(
I can't believe she'd just let Leslie Grossman win... guess it's all up to Jingles now. Maybe he'll rescue Emma and they'll form a revenge squad.
I get the feeling she would've typically played Margaret. Not that Leslie isn't doing a great job in the role. She plays unhinged puritanical murderer very well.
Roanoke was actually scary, no other season I've seen has creeped me out like that one. While I'm enjoying this season, nothing about it seems... unique? First time with AHS?
1) Resurrection is a thing in AHS. This is nothing compared two the two witch-centric seasons. Seems Satan (who does exist in the world of AHS resurrected him.
2) Ghosts in AHS have certain rules and are tied to the location of their death.
Me? I've watched every season live. So, 9 years?
This season is 80s horror movie based. That's not witches, or spells. It's psycho killer where maybe the one killer had supernatural strength, but he wasn't resurrected mid movie after having been killed.
1) all the seasons exist in the same universe. In this universe Satan exists and his power includes resurrection.
2) There is plenty of resurrection in 80s horror franchises.
There is resurrection in later awful Friday the 13th movies, but that's at the start of the movie. He's not just killed and brought back all the time.
Michael Myers is effectively killed at the end of the first Halloween, takes 5 to the chest, but still gets up and walks away
Myers got shot. Ramirez, a real killer who went to jail, has his head shoved through a tree. That's not the same ballpark.
so your complaint is that American Horror Story is a little over the top? :P
You can pretty much assume Ramirez could show up in later seasons too. He's an incredible character, and I like that they treat him like a supernatural force here. The whole "swear to Satan" thing from episode 1 is something he did in real life too. But this being AHS, of course he's gonna have satanic powers that can resurrect him. While AHS has real killers here and there, the show never tried to be entirely based on the reality side. That's what makes it fun.lol. I'm ok with over the top, but it just doesn't seem plausible even for AHS. Why involve a real killer and just completely not go by his story? I'm fine with him being in Hotel because that's later on after he died.
Episode 100
With the horrors of the night behind them the survivors deal with the fallout of their choices.
1) MURDER HOUSE, "PILOT"
The first, and always number one in my heart, for several reasons. One, Brad and I spent so long on it…years on the pitch, years on the script, until [FX CEO] John Landgraf and [co-head of 20th Century Fox TV] Dana Walden and Brad and I got it to where we wanted. From rough idea to day one of filming took four years. It was a huge risk at the time, creatively and financially. Dana Walden has said to me several times it was one of the most out of the box ideas in the history of modern television, and I think she's right. I remember John saying to me when I gave him the final pitch, "Wait a minute…you're going to burn down the sets every year and start over every season?" I said, "Yes." He paused and then said "This scares me…but excites me, too. Let's do it." That first season sort of reinvented the anthological storytelling space that I loved as a kid and has ushered in a whole new way of MAKING television (creatively and economically) and I'm very proud of that.
2) ASYLUM, EPISODE 8, "THE NAME GAME"
This is the fandom's favorite for sure I think, and I know it is Sarah Paulson and Lady Lange's favorite season. But not mine (today as I think about, it's Cult, but my favorite changes every year.). But I did love it and this whole episode happened because three episodes into shooting it Jessica said to me "Oh Ryaaaaaan, I can't keep moping around here, it's so dark and so hard and so brutal, can't I have a musical number?" She said it as a joke, but the IDEA fit what we had planned perfectly. I've never seen an actor be happier on set. Jessica was reborn and we shot this number all day long. I remember doing it like 45 times, and Sarah and I and Evan were exhausted and we just kept going and laughing because Jessica was SO into it. She never wavered and in fact, asked to keep going. I said to her, "Lady, take off the bouffant wig and the blue dress—tomorrow you are back in the nun's habit." We had a ball that day. It was pure creatively and we laughed for 14 hours straight.
6) CULT, EPISODE 11, "GREAT AGAIN"
This was my favorite season. I think Falchuk agrees. We both felt so passionately about the story, about the terrifying rise of Trump, of people falling under the spell of the cult of personality. I will never forget the filming on the day where Paulson (as Ally) is watching the returns and Trump wins and she falls to the floor in horror while drinking rosé. That happened to me, so we put it into the show. Many crew members were openly sobbing the day we shot that, months after the election. So many people still had PTSD. Other members of the crew, Trump voters for sure, were simply silent. I thought, "Well, this is the world now…..polarized." Largely this episode is my favorite because the pairing of Paulson vs Evan Peters was my favorite antagonist/protagonist thing we have ever done. They are so close and really understand how to work with each other, and get underneath each other's skin like brother and sister, so it really clicked. And is was satirical to boot, which I loved.
I had a feeling Donna was the executioner and that they wouldn't kill off Brooke yet. Looks like everyone is converging on Camp Redwood and Margaret's days are numbered.
lol yes, she's pretty rich now but incredible miserable. I figured Brooke wasn't going to die, but I forgot about Donna.Honestly the best thing for Margaret would be for her to die at the camp. She can kill people for all eternity and get away with it.
When they revealed what happened to Margaret I thought we were going to go off tangent but thankfully no time was wasted.Binged through five episodes, this is easily one of the better seasons since Coven.
Well, nice to see that these fine gentlemen join me in recognizing how great AHS: Cult was.
