It has been a while since I watched it but to answer you questions:

1. I don't think there is any Devilman animals, atleast in the various adaptation and the original manga I read/watched. I believe these people are demons that have the forms of animals (keep in mind I haven't watched the anime since last year so I could be misremembering what demons you are talking about).
2. The Babo betrayed them. He saw that Miko had the glasses of the rapper who confessed to Miko right before she and him went to the Sabbath. This lead him to assume she is a demon and that she killed his friend and ate him. The anime doesn't outright confirm that she killed the rapper but that's what the traitor assumed.

Edit: looked up the Devilman animals and remembered the cat. That's the only instance that we saw an animal Devilman as far I remember and it is only in this adaptation.
Yeah, that's what happened. It's good background storytelling. Think that's also why she helps out the track star who's a Devilman cause he did the same thing to his boyfriend.

I was just wondering about the animals, because when Satan first falls down to Earth the devils are depicted with animal characteristics in their fight for dominance. There was also Tako our one and only Devilcat, it had me curious.

Hie (the short one) is the one who saw Miko with Kukun's (Mayuta) glasses. Babo is the tall one with the panama hat. His eyes as he stabs Gabi look like he was shot up with drugs. Not too important to know in the grand scheme of things, just some of the few things I'm unclear about.

NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAI NAIIIIIIIIII

The narrator killed it this episode.

Is this season 12 episodes or 13? Manga readers know where the season is going to end but I don't recall how many episodes we have in between.

I feel I might have to rewatch it again as I forgot the names of them. Now on the Dinosaur thing, I believe Devilman depicts them as being a type of demon that started combining thus resulting into the weird looking demons. There was a cat in the original manga that was a Demon but unlike the one in Crybaby it was just a demon that looks like a cat to hide it's true form. As far as Crybaby goes it is possible the demons can posses animals as well.

Who knows though, Go Nagai has made some weird shit and all of them are canon in a way. Violence Jack manga is one that takes place in one of the possible outcomes after Devilman's events and that one was weird as hell. I would love a modern adaptation that modernizes it and fixes things that were done badly.

12.

It looks like it's going a little bit after the Fireworks.

Looks like a full cour instead of OVA or movie?

About damn time. Just sink my ship already so I can finally move on and be at peace.

I accepted it but at the time I was cried and was sad for weeks. After that I never had such problem again even if my favorite didn't win haha But I'm pretty lucky either way about those type of works haha

I'm doomed to pick the losing ships. I don't remember the last time my choice ever happened in a harem series. I guess I just like underdogs.

Wow, they're finally adapting this. Kinda looking forward to it.

Be warned though, the main character starts off as a real piece of shit. Like, an actual piece of shit.

The main character's an actual pedophile. In the web novel, we're first introduced to him jacking it to uncensored loli porn(changed to uncensored adult porn in the LN). He also states at one point he was taking voyeur shots of his 10 year old nieces when they would stay over, though that also got cut from even the web novel eventually. After he's reincarnated, we see him hit on a 40 year old loli character, get overjoyed at getting a 8 year old girlfriend, say that his 12 year old cousin is within his "strike range" and so forth. I'm interested in seeing the reaction on here if they keep some of this stuff in. They kinda can't avoid some of it considering it's a harem.

The thing is that it's one of the more interesting isekais I've seen/read despite the main character being a piece of shit. They acknowledge he's a piece of shit (somewhat) who gets character development over time, and the world building is actually pretty fantastic. It's one of the most thought out isekai worlds I've seen. That and like Nemesis said, you see him grow up from being a baby/toddler (who keeps his memories of the previous world) to being a full adult over the course of the whole series. It's an interesting premise, though him being a kid with the mind of a 40 year old lends itself to the problems I stated with the MC in the spoiler.
Man I was intrigued by everything people were saying until I read this spoiler...

Kaguya 10:

The rants of Ishigami about love always cracked me up even on the manga. Also, this is the first episode I feel the narrator actually enjoyed every bit of his narration lmao

Kaguya 10

The narrator was absolutely amazing. Dude should win an award for the third part of the episode.

Might be the best one so far. The voice acting and dialogue had me cracking up non stop.

As someone with no love experience who was accosted by his best friend a lot in high school and college on the subject and thinking "wow that sounds like a pain in the ass" all the time, I can sympathize with Ishigami in this episode.

Not trying to defend any of it, but it all happens when he's in the body of a kid. It's a reincarnation story, so we see him grow up from toddler, to child, to pre-teen, to young adult. The story keeps constantly reminding the audience that the protag is actually a 40 year old man, so the MC's comments on the girls and his actions come off as extremely creepy, though I can't tell if its intentional or not considering I don't think we're supposed to like the MC at that point in the story.

I'd still say give the anime a shot when it eventually comes out and make the call yourself. It's one of the more popular and critically acclaimed web novel isekai stories out there for better and for worse.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Vento Aureo 22
Boy, that week off sure didn't seem to help this episode out at all! It's hard to see the production struggling this much this early (we've still got half the series to go), but if they're going to cut corners somewhere, this fight feels like a decent place to do so. The Crush and Talking Heads battle feels like it's evoking similar feelings to the ones I had about Aerosmith vs. Little Feet (what is it with Narancia-focused fights having the most ardent pacing issues?) in that there's too little material being stretched out to meet a two-episode requirement. As for the new OP and ED... I'm of mixed minds about them. I need to watch both more to get a better sense, but I couldn't help but feel the OP reminded me of the kind of thing you see in more typical shounen shows (highlighting story beats with swift animation flourishes to a pop-style track). It's the kind of thing that JoJo has definitely done in the past, but previous OPs it's always maintained their own variations dependent on song choice, animation style, and/or direction. All of those seemed diminished here, which is why it reminded me more of other works than feeling like its own thing. At least the ED isn't another disco ball, so there's that. I look forward to moving on from this particular fight, as I've heard some rumblings about things to come.

Kaguya-sama: Love is War 10
Considering this episode dealt in large part with wrapping up things left hanging from the last episode (and my noted issues with how that episode manipulated characters to fit a situation that didn't feel organic given what we know about them), I found much of this to be... passable, at best. There's nothing inherently bad about this episode from a story perspective, but giving this particular narrative a full two episodes seemed like a waste, especially when the most interesting parts of it have already happened. It didn't help that the direction on this episode felt particularly lacking. A couple neat moments of animation here and there didn't help make up from a lot of the shot composition and framing feeling like it had been borrowed from the first couple of episodes, which is something Kaguya-sama had gotten away from in recent weeks. If anything, the voice acting is what really carried this episode, with particularly good performances from the main cast and especially the narrator. But as I've said before, even Kaguya-sama at its most basic is still generally entertaining. I just hope there's some really great material saved for the last two episodes, as I haven't been much of a fan of where it's been lately.

Re:Zero - Episode 1

Kinda impressed with this so far, as someone who went in with extremely low expectations. The whole checkpoint idea of when you die is really interesting. I like how it can be used to fill holes in certain events.

I liked how the first time the MC died, he didn't know who he was killed by, but the second time it's made painfully clear what happened to the old man who died.

It's an interesting concept, and I'm curious to see how the show uses it throughout the season.

Boogiepop 16

I usually don't post here in spite of following a few series every season, but for some reason I really liked the more expressive and brighter art style in this episode. They probably did it due to a certain action set piece in the 2nd half of the episode, but it kind of made me think that Boogiepop's usual gray and pseudo-realistic style didn't add much to the show.

The first season of Kaguya is basically the lowest quality part of the series... which is a great thing. I think some of it is lessen due to episode constraints that would hit harder in later seasons. The Ishigami half of the show honestly makes it more apparent to me that Fujiawara is kind of dragging things down and part of it isnt exactly her fault. There were some good bits that won't make the cut like teaching Shirogane how to sing, but her interventions are causing things to stall. It doesnt help that her Ramen chapter will get the full treatment, while 3 other chapters will get compromised, one of which being the first half of the fireworks in order to have an 11th episode. Or we could be lucky and that also wont be condensed since the twitter one is kinda... limp.

That having been said, Ishigami got to shine even more and that's before we have really dealt with his storyline.

Fair warning, the midpoint of the series is a make or break for most people.

Stick with it even if it drags on a bit in the middle like has been said. Still muh favorite isekai despite its flaws. We are all still waiting for season two or three however it's counted.

To be honest, the worst part of the series IMO is the last few episodes, but even them were quite good. It does drag a bit in the middle but not that you feel it too much.

Kaguya 10

Getting to one of my favorite parts soon. Not the funniest episodes but it sure was cute.

SAO Alicization 22

You could have literally removed the horny clown and the story would essentially be the same. At least he's dead. I got a big shock when Alice and Kirito got absolutely destroyed. I'm assuming that this arc is going to be wrapped up next episode. Hope everything ends well honestly, don't want anything bad to happen to any of these characters.

I dont know. If the librarian could have beat Quinella I think she already would have 200 or even 100 years ago. Kirito, Eugeo, and Alice were already destroyed so I can't see how they would be able to put up any sort of helpful support.

Though I guess everyone could just up and run

I've watched episodes of this on youtube but I just learned it's on Cruncyroll so why the hell not. Still the most brilliant dubbing on an anime. Hallelujah

If Go Nagai's works are all as dark as Devilman, I'm not sure if I want more.

Good luck, have fun. It takes a while to find its stride, but definitely worth the watch. If only the gorilla had the guts to finally end the manga...

I don't know if anyone's posted that before, but the first 5 episodes of Kimetsu no Yaiba will also be shown at the Grand Rex in Paris on the 31st of this month:
