Installed on Crucial MX500 SSD

Runs like a dream so far. 4790k & RTX 2060 @1440p w/ultra settings and only had a couple minor drops below 60fps when lots of particles were flying around but have been at 60+ fps 98% of my time.

I want to hook this up to my TV and play it but it auto enables Dolby Vision and I just get a black screen (OLED) and cannot find a way around it.

I've been reading around and it looks like there's no way to play in hdr if you have a Dolby vision TV... sounds like it's been a problem for quite a while with EA games

If you turn deep colour off you can at least get into the game, if you change the graphics to borderless it wont try and start in Dolby vision any more

Great to know. I just bought an RTX 2060 and was wondering if this could maintain a smooth frame rate at 1440p. CPU is an i7-8700

I've problem with V-Sync. There is no triple buffering, so everytime framerate goes below 60FPS Anthem's performance goes crazy.

BTW. I don't know If It's only first locations, but game looks a lot of better than beta. Insane texture quality and great lighting.

Three questions for people that have access to the game today to help me make an informed decision about whether or not buying the game:
1. How much better better is performance compared to the demo (can u get at least 1800p on a 2080 ti?) (the performance in the demo was abysmal)
2. Is HDR working properly on TVs (it was totally broken in the demo on my oled and gave me pink screens, only dolby vision was working)
3. Is DLSS available and is it good? (or bad like metro)?

anyone with a 2080 comment on if the game actually runs decently now, the demo was kind of all over the place

Can anyone confirm if a resolution scale modifier is in the settings? This is basically a requirement in modern pc games and wasn't in the demo...

Very disappointing this hasn't been fixed since the demo....

Had no issues with BF1 and BFV on my C7 In HDR
C7 owner here also.

Worth noting that I'm almost positive there's stuff coming in a patch for 2/22 that didn't make it for the early launch, which includes an HDR toggle. At least some of this should be addressed.

Would still love to see ability to pick between hdr10 and DV, as you could in ME:A

Got a 4690k @ 4.2ghz, 16GB ram and a GTX 1080 OC. Running at 1080p, all high, textures ultra. Seems to be 60fps but yet again Origin overlay isn't working so I can't see the fps. During gameplay I saw no stutter to should be 60fps, still getting stutters in the fort.

Motion blur toggle still doesn't work :/

Demo ran like ass for me at 1440p with a 1070. Waiting for impressions of someone running this setup.

2700x

16GB of DDR4 at 2800 (can boost to 3200, will try later).
MSI x470 gaming Pro
M.2 WD
EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750

Not overclocked my system at all.

Acer Predator - 1080 G-Sync, 24inch 144 Hz

Currently running at native resolution.

All settings to Ultra. Motion blur and CA off.

After a brief test:

Open world = 70-80fps on average, rare dips into high 50s.
Enclosed missions = 90-100fps

The game looks stunning, feels very good to play. No hitches or other graphical issues so far.

Can anyone comment on the controls? Has flying and swimming been fixed? Also, how's the performance compared to beta, which wasn't great IMO.

If you want to play full screen, you can also roll back two driver releases. That fixes it, too.

The only thing holding me back from buying this game was the demo version's abysmal performance.
Has the performance been improved now compared to demo?

Nice to see that full game runs much better on i5's. Beta ran like ass on my 3570k @ 4.3 ghz / RX 470.

Running way better than the demo here. I have a 970. Looks great. Frame rate is great. Actually surprised.

FPS was terrible for me in the demo, but these impressions are good.

Anyone using 1070, Ryzen 1600x 16gb?

Edit: And does the flying still suck ass with M/KB?

Ryzen 1600x and gtx 1070 @ 1440p and I'm hovering in the mid-50s on high settings. I might need to drop to medium or do some custom tweaking.

I had good performance in the demo and currently I think I'm getting an additional 20 fps so it's better. It's just the FoV that bothers me a little, especially when hovering and having to disable post processing to remove all blur sucks because it makes the game look worse. I am also having audio inconsistencies but I don't know if that is by design or not. The frequent loading screens suck BUT but I think they are faster. As for frame rate it's fine but I think it still could improve.

1080ti 8700k on an ssd

Edit: Lirik the streamer has a monster pc 2080ti and he is dipping below 60 regularly. His counter is in the corner. So there is varying performance. I seem to get better fps than him but with a worse card.

I was gonna wait on my new laptop to start playing it but it sounds like it runs alot better than the demo so I might as well start now.

Ryzen 2600 + Vega 56 OC'ed @ 1440p on Ultra. First missions I had 70+ fps but then in free roam it tanked quite a bit so I lowered to a mix of ultra+high and the frame rate stays above 50 so far but I haven't played that much.

Yes, BioWare even said it but people didn't believe.
People are right not to believe Bioware/EA in this situation since they've already blatantly lied about the game (no graphical downgrades from the initial trailer was clearly 100% bullshit despite the final game still looking pretty good). Glad they weren't this time.

Have there been any changes to menu navigation on PC? Demo was pretty awful on that front.

System:

i7 4790k
1080Ti (driver: 417.71)
16GB RAM

settings:

- 1620p
- maxed out (except motion blur and chromatic aberration->turned off)
- no V-sync (because of G-sync)

Much better performance, far less stuttering and overall higher framerate compared to both demos.
I get 60+FPS most of the time, 70+ in dungeons. Framerate drops in effect heavy fights, no dealbreaker.
Hub area is also much smoother with higher framerate but still some light hitching here and there.
