Any mods that can add HDR effect to The Witcher 3?

Having recently dug into the modding scene for The Witcher 3 I am amazed with the progress the modding community has made with the game. Are there any mods that could add the HDR effect to the game?

HDR has to be done by the devs. HDR is on Xbox, it's coming to PS4, just hope it comes to PC. If any dev will bother doing it, it's CDPR.
