She'll be 35 just one month prior to the 2024 election so I think she'd technically qualify as it probably is only a requirement for the actual time of inauguration. At the very least she could probably be a VP as there are no set requirements there, only the assumption that a VP must technically meet the requirements of the President in case they take over.
She'd be 35 by election day. Not quite sure if US laws allow a person to be a candidate before that age, however. Sounds possible to me but I don't know enough about these laws to be sure.
Edit: according to wikipedia you just have to be 35 before you take office so she's in the clear.
