The tone is indicative of a culture which unfortunately still views the sex industry as a taboo to be laughed at.

As an aside, Im always kinda fascinated how different woman react to the sex/porn industry. At my last job, I worked at a place which was next to a red light district and surprisingly a lot of the derisive/hateful comments against the prostitutes came from my female coworkers.To be fair a lot of their hate came from being harassed and mistaken for a prostitute when they were leaving work late or coming in extra early but it always made me feel kinda angry to hear them dehumanise them.

Someone died, but the reason why is funny from an outside perspective. I don't think OP made this thread because someone died but because of how he died. It's not like they were in their 20s. Her husband has probably watched tons of porn over his life but somehow the porn he watched at 65 crossed the line.

My parents are 65 and live just outside a town of 1500 in Iowa. They only have a 3M connection, but it's good enough for streaming. They have a PC and iPads. My aunts and uncles and all their friends also use the internet. These people are just backwards.

I mean this story was Arkansas, but it was near Little Rock, so I assume they have access.

This is domestic abuse that resulted in one partner's murder. I understand the urge to mock and laugh at her motive but this is inappropriate for such a serious topic, and typifies a double standard where incidents where the victim of DV is male and the perpetrator is female do not receive the same respect and regard as incidents where the victim is female and the perpetrator is male.

The way a lot of those channels work, is they put up a certain amount of movies that they refresh every month. We're talking around 15 hours of content, for around 20 bucks per month.
