Just gonna play on the SilverAsh + another TBD 6* account, don't feel like diving this deep into reroll hell, I did like 10 or so rerolls so I'm probably out
I wanted to try and avoid rerolling and it looks like it's not an easy option on IOS anyway....
Rolled Silverash as my 6 star, used those 3 single tickets and got Shining as my second six star, Aight that's good enough.
Presentation / UI is slick as, really well done.
Gameplay is pretty meh so far, but I'll see if it gets better / grows on me.

So I'm planning on doing some rerolling on Android, but I haven't really rerolled in a gacha game before. Do I log in as a Guest? Do I do a Yostar account?
Yes you use Guest and then:
Android reroll:
1. Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Reset Advertising ID
2. Settings -> Apps -> Arknights -> Delete Data (it deletes that ~30Mb or something not 1.3Gb).
Remember, you cant change name later.
Names aren't unique, but don't choose some stupid Mothaf666 name, you cant change it later :)

Got Croissant from the guaranteed 5* or better on the normal banner. Feels like by far the worst of them as she's equivalent in performance to 4* tank options and straight up replaced by the easily obtainable Liskarm. I suppose at this point as F2P(ish) its best to hold headhunting tickets and currency for the next banner?
Well I somehow messed up the second step because it had different phrasing that what you wrote and I accidentally deleted 700mb of data and now the game won't launch? 😅

EDIT: To any Android 10 users, it's 'Clear Cache' instead of 'Clear Storage'.
EDIT2: Or not. It didn't reset the data...
EDIT3: I have no idea how to do step 2 in Android 10. I've had to delete the game every time.

Click "Depot" on mainpage (lower right corner). Then go to the right item (voucher) and click it, it has "Use", click the "Use". I chose Defender Liskum, since Iam lacking defenders and heard it is good.

My educated guess is that spam LS2 when you can and if you can clear LS3 spam it over and over again.
Also I think Yellow cubes (the rare ones) should be saved (and used) for stamina instead of changing for Red cubes.
Someone who knows better should chime in and tell their thoughts :).
Edit: Also day change just happened. So its 13:00 EET.
DON'T CLAIM Closure mail (Message from Closure) we just got, it has 100 Sanity (stamina), one has 6 days (or prolly one week) time to collect it.
If you are using an emulator to reroll, remember to use the macro function to record it. You will not have to do much, its a pretty predictable game from what I have seen so far so it is easy to record. The only thing that varies sometimes is the free unit you get, which makes a macro get stuck depending on what slot it takes in your inventory. But you can just make a second macro that picks up at that point.

Game is genuinely great. Only downside is that the gameplay is very involved and so requires a lot of attention - but that's because it's super fun. It's probably the first time a gacha game has provided the level of gameplay satisfaction of a non-gacha game - usually they are lot simpler and are more about collecting stuff, but not this one.
Got a 6* on the standard banner. Which was a dupe of a non-banner unit. I like Siege and I'm sure getting promotion currency is great. But as always its hard to get excited about a dupe. I'm also honestly tempted to restart just so I dont have a string of gibberish as my name.
Just rerolled last night and I got 2 pulled of Angelina and Shining, and one pulled Siege from another banner. feelsogood.gif
If you have some powerful PC you can just macro like 16 instances of NOX to do the reroll. Time to buy the new 32 core Ryzen CPU and goes with 128GB RAM.
I'm on android 10 as well and the clear cache/data method gave me a black screen.
This one worked without having to redownload the entire game:

Just copy the obb (I placed it outside the game folder) > start the game normally and reroll as guest > you didn't get what you wanted > reset google ad ID > clear game data > copy the obb back to the game folder > start the game

For Clues, are we supposed to basically just give out dupes that we find? Not sure how the system works.
Yeah same. I'd hate my life doing that.
Also, a question: what are the... Triangle units supposed to be for? I get most of the other units but those seem so random with a wide range of skills. Eg. I have a unit that can drag and enemy and one that's a tank? Both as triangles...
they're specialist class. You can click on the icon bottom left on a character page to see a description of each class.
So they're just like a catch-all "special" with no defined role? Got it.
Yeah, although you have to use some of the premium gold currency to get there.
Or play so long that you open Annihilation, grab red cubes from there and do missions to get those 4x 600 cubes.
I haven't spend any Yellow cubes, just made 2nd beginner pull.

A key strategy that I'm noticing a lot of people aren't utilizing (and I wasn't myself until I found out how OP it is) is sacrifice-blocking with your Guards. Melantha is especially good at this. She has a ton of HP and deals a ton of damage, so she can soak a tanky or hard-hitting unit for 5-6 seconds while the rest of your team either smacks on the enemy or cleans up the rest of the map.
