When you're right, you're right.
I remember there being some things in it that I really liked, and that made me laugh, but...for the life of me I can't remember what.
Probably the Maeby story, which most people seemed to agree was the best part.
These are the things I genuinely remember:
-The family hiding a vacation house from Michael
-Maeby pretending to be an old woman to live in the retirement community
-George Bluth Sr. attempting suicide by holding onto an anchor
-Gob doing some sort of magic trick on a float with Tony Wonder (switching closets?)
I sincerely have no idea what Michael, Buster, Tobias, George Michael or Lucille (had an affair?) did in the season.
This might be the first negative thing I've ever heard about Twin Peaks s3.
It's not negative. The post I was replying to asked about having a thread that is "what is the best revived show?". Twin Peaks is the best revived show easily. s3 was incredible
Best? No doubt its Twin Peaks.
Best? No doubt its Twin Peaks.
Red Dwarf's last season was really strong and that's arguably a revival. MST3K has been good too. I'm sure there are some other good ones.
Which makes it even funnier and more impressive. The first negative thing you read about season 3 was when you misread something.Holy cow, I totally misread the initial post. Was thinking you were saying it should have stayed dead.
My mistake!

Power through. S2 ends on a decent run of episodes.I'm in the midst of muscling through the doldrums of S2 so I can finally watch The Return. ~.~
There was something about half the cast going back and forth from Mexico for reasons? These are the things I genuinely remember:

Yeah, we just broke through into the last handful. Things are happening. Gordon is writing epic poems about pie.
Netflix can't really "cancel" MST3K, right? They can just choose not to fund them again, but they don't own MST3K as a series, unless something has changed from the Kickstarter. Can't speak to Red Dwarf but I absolutely agree on MST3K (though I'm waiting on the cancellation).

Oh, yeah, Netflix completely fucked them over, promotion wise. But that's a conversation for a different thread lol.I'm truthfully not sure.
Jonah and the guys have sent out some not-so-cryptic tweets implying that Netflix basically didn't promote the show at all.
I feel the exact same. The first three seasons I could watch over and over and over again, but after the transition to Netflix, the magic just wasn't there anymore.I wish I were more excited about this, but I haven't enjoyed this show since it moved to Netflix.
Same lol
