I love that image, thanks.
thanks. that's a great picture.
Whoa did you draw this? Astro Bot girl is cute and LocoRoco is HUUUUUGE!!
Really cool, but reminds me how sad i am we dont have a new Tokyo Jungle game or at least a PS4 port :(
Sony has had a crazy good year. Three games all above 90MC is probably something we won't see from another publisher outside of Nintendo for some time.
Nintendo at next E3, "Hold my beer"Yup.
Congrats on the team. Best Sony 3D platformer of all time and Top 2 3D platformer of this generation.
Your turn, Nintendo.
This is really cool.
Nah, that title still goes to Resident Evil imho.
Astrobot is a great, but the VR in it is underwhelming compared to many other VR titles.
This is actually a great way of putting it.I think if RE7 was reviewed strictly as a VR title it would have been in the mid 9s on Metacritic. The TV version felt stripped of its soul.

Huh, the VR in Astro is what makes it great. All the height and water effects.
I agree with this. Same goes for Wipeout Omega Collection, and perhaps Thumper too. Most critic scores are based on playing them on a TV, yet they're far better in VR, so no reason to doubt the score wouldn't have been higher if they were VR-only.I think if RE7 was reviewed strictly as a VR title it would have been in the mid 9s on Metacritic. I'm going to have to watch some videos of it in action. Congrats to the team!
Now if only it was Knack VR they could've hit 101 on Metacritic.
Something they have in common is that they both have 10/10 gameplay unlike many VR experiences.
Videos don't really do it justice at all.
I watch the tv feed while people play it on my headset and it doesn't look all that impressive, but I know from playing it that those levels look amazing when you are placed in them with vr.
Everyone in my family is into playing this, which basically never happens.
I sold my rift (and PSVR) but a Lone Echo 2 might make me rebuy. The immersion in that first game was better than anything else I've ever experienced and the unique approach to locomotion was absolutely genius. Flinging yourself from wall to wall in zero gravity blew my tits off. And didn't make me the least bit nauseous.Lone Echo 2 is coming, so they might not keep that for long. But what an accomplishment.
EDGE will likely give it a high score. The latest issue of Edge is out and there's no review of Astro Bot. Nothing can stop the little fella on Metacritic now (for a month anyway).
This is EDGE mag, it doesn't always work that way
Are there any notable reviews? The latest issue of Edge is out and there's no review of Astro Bot. Nothing can stop the little fella on Metacritic now (for a month anyway).
RE7 and Astrobot it's like opposite end of VR.
One game is terrifying another is super jolly. RE7 start strong and gradually less scary, Astrobot get better and better and end on a high note
Both deserved to be experience by everyone, VR is really cool.
Which is why I'm going to play 7 over Halloween and Astrobot over Xmas .
Can you post the scores? I'm surprised there isn't a thread already.

Talking about the reviews from the newest Edge issue.
Oh, I see.
