That would depend on the margin of votes for the winner, the number of early votes in each seat and early votes having a strong bias against the winner. It doesn't take counting of all votes to determine the winner, which is why seats are declared by analysts even when all votes haven't been counted.
I must say if LNP wins this, it means Australia puts taxes as the number one policy issue, which is disappointing considering its not like ALP was proposing massive increases across the board but targetted reduction of tax concessions.
