That would depend on the margin of votes for the winner, the number of early votes in each seat and early votes having a strong bias against the winner. It doesn't take counting of all votes to determine the winner, which is why seats are declared by analysts even when all votes haven't been counted.Early Voting hasn't been counted though and that contains over 5million votes. Expect a change in a couple of weeks.
