it took me 2 re-watches to notice this. Between that and Captain Marvel with the short hair, I was like "Well, this is going to be awesome."
we dont actually see any deaths in the video just so you (and everyone that hasnt seen it) knows, so at least that part of the narrative (assuming someone does die "for realsies") is still a mystery.

They probably rezzed where they died. Maybe Okoye filled them in on what was going on?

the footage quality isn't that great, so hard to tell. I think she is there but I would be guessing.
They came out of a Sling Ring from Wakanda to Titan so maybe they rezzed in the exact spot they got snapped? Idk. Would explain why Okoye was in Wakanda.
that shot, might be one of the most comic book things I've ever seen done and I'm so happy. It's the one thing I wanted out of Endgame.
Man I fucking knew that Steve was worthy of Mjolnir the entire time and just didn't pick it up in that scene in order to not embarrass Thor.

If the scene is literally every MCU on screen at the same time, with Cap wielding Mjolnir while yelling "Avengers Assemble!". Just wrap it up man, no other moment in cinema is touching that shit.
Cancerverse maybe? It'd be a way to possibly set-up some interesting things.
Don't want to get spoiled too much with specifics but I've been reading supposed plot leaks from 4chan and the like from the last month (only read them because they're probably fake but interesting nonetheless). Can anyone tell us if the leaked scene matches up with any of the leaked plots from Reddit/4chan?
yes. and the video isnt (wasnt? its down) a "scene", its 4min of scenes from the entire movie, including the final battle it looks like.
